This store use to be my go to until I decided to buy at there auction. In there auction they charge 15 dollars to enter and the auction starts at 20 per pallet. However the people are so mean and are partner with some of the employees. They give money to the employees to charge the new person more. When you bid they continue to bid and raise the price so high that you don’t have a chance. A lady by the name of Araceli a.k.a Chely and her boyfriend only end up paying 20 for each pallet when she was bitting she raise the price to more than 100 but only paid 20 per pallet 🤔There is another young man name Pablo and same thing. He walks around telling vendors that no matter how high you bid you don’t have a chance.I was asked to participate in giving money to an employee and my cost for these pallets would be less. I totally disagree and walk away. I am not sure if the manager is aware of this behavior maybe he is part of it.I have never felt so unsafe at a place. It’s such a hostile environment, I don’t recommend it. I personally think the store is being taken advantage of. As a customer it should be equal treatment and opportunity for everyone who walks into the store.

Workers are unprofessional. Two morning female workers are always chatting with customers while putting out clothes. Customer are in line waiting to pay while these two secretly chat. No manager supervising the floor. Place use to be better. Goodwill workers seems be more professional.

I came in and was greeted and did some shopping and i asked the girl who was working at the time if they had any deals and she told me all white tags 50 percent off i notice this lady have this beautiful bag and asked if she found that here and she was like i love collecting them and how she always find good ones for a good deal here and how lucky she was to be here when the girl was putting them out. While i continue to shop most of the bags range from 10.99 to 19.99 but I just want to know why the lady only paid 5 dollars for the brand new bag that wasn’t a white tag and had a tag for 19.99 and when i go up to the register i ask the girl how much the bag was and she also tells me 19.99 and i had a bag for 14.99 and asked why she got it for only 5 and she said it shouldn’t be 5 dollars if it was put it out today. I inform her that the gentleman with the tattoos helped her out and only charged her 5 dollars she told me that couldn’t be right considering the tag and the discount with a coupon . I personally think the store is very inconsistent with their prices and the gentleman with the tattoos was DEFINITELY giving out unfair discounts . As a customer it should be equal treatment for everyone who walks into the store and not picking and choosing what customer you want to bend the rules for or who you decide to be rude too. I used to come into this store for years but seeing that some employees are nicer then others really makes me think this store is not worth stepping foot in at alll

Used to be my favorite thrift store in town but recently the prices have gone up really high. Charging $20 for used clothing seems pretty crazy to me. You can find brand new items at retail stores for a cheaper price.

Doesn’t make sense to shop here anymore since their recent pricing increases. I understand having to raise a bit to keep up with their costs but I don’t see how they can justify charging what they are charging. I guess if people are willing to pay more power to them but i am unfortunately priced out of shopping here from now on unless they can pull back on the pricing increases a bit

This used to be my go to for clothing. They’ve always had a great selection and quality items (they still do), but their prices have gone way WAY up.I completely understand the cost of inflation and don’t expect the same prices as pre-Covid, but $19.99 for a Walmart brand clutch? And the average price for clothing items is $9.99 - $12.99, and that’s just for your average top, not coats, dresses or other specialty items. It’s still a great place to shop if you don’t mind the prices, but there are definitely better deals out there. Even Goodwill is cheaper at this point.

This place is so expensive! I used to shop here a lot, would find really nice things and the prices were great for used things. Now, everything costs a lot. I can find better stuff at the Dollar Tree or at Ross...
