We love shopping at Sam's club. Sam's club has exclusive prices and products that other competitors don't. They also have a Sam's club app that allows you to get even better deals and shop through their scan and go feature. We love scan and go mainly for the café, because the line at the café tends to get extremely long and ordering through scan and go gets you virtually in line by having your order already placed and bring prepared. The food is so yummy here and for a GREAT price. A large hot dog with a soda for less than $2?? What a steal. The pizza and ice cream are my favorite things about the café. Even if you're not needing to shop, you can always grab a bite at the café! It's worth getting the membership here.

The parking lot is chaotic. The traffic in it was congested because everyone was trying to find a parking spot. Ended up parking very far away. Almost left before going into the store, just because of the parking. Inside, it's half junk food. I bought a dog bed. When I got it home and looked inside, the lining of the stuffing was already ripped open. Got some coffee Creamer/instant coffee that ended up tasting extremely weak. The rotisserie chickens were out and there were no replacements within the hour we spent in the store. The clothing selection was poor and small. The prices were not that competitive. Small selection of "healthy" products such as protein shakes or bars or bread. The bread selection was in a shadowy corner with toilet paper. Go to a regular walmart. It's better. Or even smarter, go to Costco.

I knew I shouldn't have gotten a membership at Sam's. I recently shopped here Friday night. I decided to look at rings and was the first one there waiting to get help. It got busy within 5 minutes and I was still waiting patiently even though the other people that came after me was helped first. Finally, a worker came to help and by that time I forgot where the ring was in the glass drawer. She then asked me "do you need more time? What price range?". I ignored her and she followed with a "if you need more time I'm going to help the other customer and come back when you're ready". I took no longer than one minute and by that time I was over it. I told her if you're in a rush then go. If you're going to rush me when I'm trying to buy expensive jewelry that's a no for me. I went back and asked her for her name(Ashley) and immediately her whole vibe changed and asked if there was something she can do for me. I went to member services and spoke to the mgr. I just expressed to her what had happened and rushing someone that's trying to buy expensive jewelry is not okay. This mgr looked like she did not give two fks lol. She was just basically looking at me like girl hurry up lol. She didn't say anything after and just said okay. I got an ugly vibe and it didn't sit well with me and that's why I'm here. It was probably just my luck that night running into people that lacks customer service skills. Costco would never. I will cancel my Sam's membership and keep it real with Costco.

Lupe the store manager was such a jerk to my family and I. She has no professionalism or respect. My grandma was falsely accsued of stealing, after confronted they found nothing and apologized. It was embarrassing. Will never shop here again. Yes because of her act we cancelled our membership.

We are Costco members and come to Sam's every now and then with a friend. This time we came for the Disney pullover sweatshirts. A friend was wearing one and shared that she got it at Sam's for $15. Wow, you're not going to find one so cute at Disney and since we are headed there soon, I thought I needed to stop in and buy a few.Of course, while we were there we had to look around. $200 later we were headed for the door. I bought snacks for the grandchildren and a couple of things for myself from the self-care area. Sam's has many items that Costco doesn't carry and their prices are excellent.

Sam's Club is always super clean, plenty of employees to help and assist and their ready to eat meals are amazing! They have anything from sushi to taco kits, Mac and cheese and rotisserie Chickens and plenty more. The prices are super affordable and all you have to do is follow instructions and pop it in the oven for most things. Super fresh, easy and quick dinners! Highly recommend!

The bad: I'm going to be very clear, this cake was ordered w/Teal & Red. They wrote the name about 6" wide & didn't have Class of 2023. & somehow this is the result! The good: Their Fujisan sushi is the best you will get in Fresno/Clovis. Better than all the restaurants, too! (As in the Central Valley's sushi is terrible!)The ugly: check the attached picture. This lady loves to cuts up a storm. That might be fine if she worked in the garage or in the warehouse, but SHE IS A GREETER!!! Upon our entering she was talk to a coworker about "...this b***ch..." I took her picture, only to discover she was going to solidify herself within the annals (might have spelled that wrong *shoulder shrug *) of Sam's Club's worst, deserving a proper demotion to their sister company, by talking about "...a**..." Yeah, she might like to be profane outside of her job, but I definitely don't appreciate her bringing her problems to work. (There were kids entering upon our exit, so I was extra riled up at her actions.)Beyond that, it is nice that we have the option for mobile pick up and to scan our selected items on our phone as we shop and make the payment on our way up to the exit checker. A lesson that I wished their direct competition would learn. But hey, their competition has a professional staff of upstanding citizens. Maybe they should share notes!

I might have to reconsider my decision if I want to renew my membership at Sam's Club next time. My shopping experience was like shopping at a swamp meet. Most products was disorganized, and most of their products were in a weird aisle that didn't belong there, and some had no pricing sign on them. No wonder Costco has three locations here in the Fresno/Clovis area. Also, some of their employees seemed to dislike their jobs and weren't too friendly either. Props to the brunette hair woman who helped me put my purchases in my cart. Now that's a good, valuable employee that deserved a raise, and stupid me, I didn't get her name.

This place SUCKS!Lines down past the jewelry case , all registers backed up!Self check backed up, two or three registers not even openThen my cashier has an issue with the customer before me walks away, then I see three cashiers maybe a floor supervisor standing around talking! Then my cashier walks away from the group and nobody comes to check out at my long line! This store manger just doesn't give a rats ass!I spoke with her before and have heard employees talk about her! Not good stuff! This place is pathetic, she doesn't care to hear your complaints and does nothing to resolve the cashier issue! You don't like it, there's the door I've heard she has said.Turn most check outs to self check, but I'm not being paid to check myself out, prices don't reflect me working for Sam's club!Lots of empty shelves, meat department looked pathetic! Cafe yogurt machine out AGAIN! SORRY, the signs says.I have bitched about this place for the last time!Sam's your all the more reason people are going to Costco, but I know you don't care!Help save this Sam's club and get new and fresh management! One star because I'm being nice

I placed a delivery order which never made it to my house. I called Sams Club and after the phone rang for 5 mins it hung up on me. I called back and someone finally answered. They never give their names when they answer the phone. Very unprofessional. I spoke to Jacob in the pickup/delivery dept and he was not empathetic to the situation they put me in. He did not try to help me. He said call customer service. I said customer service can't help me. This is the second time Sams Club has failed to deliver my order. I asked to speak to a manager. Drea got on the phone. She blamed the 3rd party delivery service. I explained to her that I had a party that day and needed my items. Drea was a bit more empathetic than Jacob but she admitted that she was not familiar with the club delivery process. She said they would "try" to have my items delivered again. Nothing ever came! Never have I been so disappointed with a business. Once is forgivable. Twice is a complete lack of accountability. I had to scramble at the last minute to replace the items I needed for the party that day. Jacob offered a $15 giftcard for the inconvenience. That's how much they care about their loyal Plus customers. The stress of the last minute scrambling that they caused they take no responsibility for. The first time they failed to deliver my items they offered a $25 giftcard for the inconvenience. I knew I should have canceled my membership at that time. Instead I chalked it up to a one time thing because did love Sam's Club. Instead they made the same error they made before. They didn't bother to change anything to ensure other customers don't have to deal with the same BS. I do not recommend using their delivery service. They offer delivery as a convenience but it is actually an inconvenience. And, when you call them, if they even pick up the phone they'll try to pass you off to customer service instead of doing their job. I prefer to deal with customer service but in this case and from the previous incident I knew customer service would refer me back to the store. Costco is much busier than I like but their service is also top notch.

Nice variety when compared to Costco. This place fills the gap that Costco combination pizza left. They also have more pizza variety which is nice. I've had the pizza pretzel and combination pizza which were decent for the price.

It was a bit of a transition from Costco to Sam's, but in all honesty I have grown to like Sam's Club and like it a lot. Not only do they have more variety, but they have ample amounts of it as well. I have yet to shop at Sam's Club and not have an item I was looking for.Prices are another reason I have made the switch. Sam's Club prices are lower than its competitor and a woman on a budget like me needs to save as much possible. The store itself is super clean and organized. I have renewed my membership for another year and I am glad to make this my home wholesale store.P.S. I dropped one star because they do not offer fuel pumps in the Fresno area. :/
