Sam's Club is always super clean, plenty of employees to help and assist and their ready to eat meals are amazing! They have anything from sushi to taco kits, Mac and cheese and rotisserie Chickens and plenty more. The prices are super affordable and all you have to do is follow instructions and pop it in the oven for most things. Super fresh, easy and quick dinners! Highly recommend!

Not sure why the parking lot is partially closed off but you need to open it back up. parking is atrocious and traffic jams abundant.

Yesterday in the pick up area we waited 30 minutes in a pill up spot. They do charge 4 bucks for this "service". That Sam says takes 5 to 10 minutes. A rude man came out after calling two times to point up to a pharmacy sign and grunt "your in a pharmacy spot though" then laughs. I know we are not premium but that should wave the fee and retrain that idiot

I placed a delivery order which never made it to my house. I called Sams Club and after the phone rang for 5 mins it hung up on me. I called back and someone finally answered. They never give their names when they answer the phone. Very unprofessional. I spoke to Jacob in the pickup/delivery dept and he was not empathetic to the situation they put me in. He did not try to help me. He said call customer service. I said customer service can't help me. This is the second time Sams Club has failed to deliver my order. I asked to speak to a manager. Drea got on the phone. She blamed the 3rd party delivery service. I explained to her that I had a party that day and needed my items. Drea was a bit more empathetic than Jacob but she admitted that she was not familiar with the club delivery process. She said they would "try" to have my items delivered again. Nothing ever came! Never have I been so disappointed with a business. Once is forgivable. Twice is a complete lack of accountability. I had to scramble at the last minute to replace the items I needed for the party that day. Jacob offered a $15 giftcard for the inconvenience. That's how much they care about their loyal Plus customers. The stress of the last minute scrambling that they caused they take no responsibility for. The first time they failed to deliver my items they offered a $25 giftcard for the inconvenience. I knew I should have canceled my membership at that time. Instead I chalked it up to a one time thing because did love Sam's Club. Instead they made the same error they made before. They didn't bother to change anything to ensure other customers don't have to deal with the same BS. I do not recommend using their delivery service. They offer delivery as a convenience but it is actually an inconvenience. And, when you call them, if they even pick up the phone they'll try to pass you off to customer service instead of doing their job. I prefer to deal with customer service but in this case and from the previous incident I knew customer service would refer me back to the store. Costco is much busier than I like but their service is also top notch.

Yea we have one in Fresno. Prices are some times cheaper than Costco. They usually have more baby items. The line's are usually shorter than other wholesale stores. Lots of parking. Easy to access front or back of the store. Always friendly workers. Overall a nice wholesale store.

Long story but i'll keep it nice and short. I made an online order for Alkaline waters, I had to pick it up the next following day. as I was shopping inside Sam's club I was at the curb side pick up lane. I got a text saying my online order got canceled 20 mins ago after I got done shopping. Cheyanne came over to check up on me. All I can say is that Cheyanne went above and beyond to find my canceled order and was able to retrieve it for me. I wish there were more people like Cheyanne in the customer service industries because I really appreciate what she did. Otherwise I would have to replace my online order again and come back another day and time. Thank you Cheyanne for a job well done that makes me a happy Sam's club member.

Seeing some bad reviews for this place made me feel sorry that people have had a negative experience at our Sam's Club. I've been a member for about 5 years and have ALWAYS had pleasant customer service at this location. The lines are shorter than Costco and I prefer their self checkout too because you don't unload every item from your cart to put on the scale. Every associate I've dealt with, from returns/membership, to optical, to bakery, to checkout has always been friendly and courteous. My only complaint would be the parking, the stalls are far too narrow and the cart returns are too far away from the front of the store. But overall I am very satisfied with my Sam's Club membership and shopping experience. Thank you Sam's for giving us an alternative for our warehouse shopping!!

Cashier named Traci was so rude. I had dog food on the bottom of my cart and informed her that I was going to make 2 transactions. Her tone was hostile towards me and she rudely said "well if you're gonna make 2 transactions then go get another basket!". So I did and when I came back She was throwing our groceries as she was scanning them. Usually the workers put the groceries back after scanning but she just kept tossing them like she was angry. I asked my sister why she was throwing our groceries like that I know she heard me but she didn't care. I could feel my anxiety levels rise this lady was so unprofessional I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service

I am employed at a local business and we have a business account registered with them. We do one large order with them a week and within the last year we have had frequent problems with our orders. Their customer service has been a hit and a miss with assisting us in figuring out card holders with our employees. Additionally, we will be missing items that are paid for but won't be included in our pickups. Its disappointing that we have been loyal customers but still seem to lack efficiency in helping with our orders. The only reason it's not one star is because of individual employees that work as advocates for our business.
