Very friendly couple running this little Vietnamese sandwich shop.. The food is made with quality ingredients.. unique is an understatement.. The springroll is wrapped tremendously well, peanut sauce is average imo.. The banh mi has meat that I haven't tasted anywhere else.. my guess would be that it's made from scratch.. but I can be wrong lol.. either way, no disappointment to me at all..

It was my first time visiting. I found this place on yelp and I do not regret trying it. This is quite possibly the absolute BEST sandwich i've ever tasted. It is located in an odd spot, right in the middle of a charter school campus. Despite its location, the service was wonderful. The owner I believe, asked me if it was my first time. I replied yes, and he recommended me his grilled pork sandwich. In addition to tying the pork, i also ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. The flavors bloomed and blossomed on my tastebuds. It was fresh, intense, and overall booming with taste. I recommend everyone try this spot!!!

Took me awhile to try this place but I'm glad I finally did. Owners are very sweet and kept checking in on me. It's right inside a charter school so that threw me off a bit but I'm glad I proceeded in. I ended up getting a sandwich to go for dinner. When he found out it was for later, he suggest to put all the veggies aside and told me to toast the bread and then insert the veggies to prevent the sandwich from getting soggy. Will def be going here more often!

I ordered 2 sandwiches(bahn mi) - one bbq pork(Asian style, not bbq sauce), one grilled chicken to take home. Omgoodness they were BOTH delicious! Lots of meat, Asian pickled carrots and daikon radish, lettuce, and jalapeño. I'll definitely be going back! So delicious!!!

Today I decided to get a "good" sandwich for lunch. It is located 12.2 miles away.... I passed by 2 Wendy's, 2 McDonalds, a Jack in the Box, Colorado Grill, Rally's, Carl's Jr, 2 Subways, Sonic, In&Out Burger (my all time favorite) and numerous other fast food restaurants. The place is not really out in the open.. I have to look around the area to find it. With all the other mouth watering fast food places that I passed, this place did not disappoint me. I came around 2PM. Very clean looking place. The smiling and friendly owner was at the door when I came and placed my order. The first thing he did was to wash his hands, don a couple of gloves before preparing my order. I ordered #3 Bahn Mi. The bread is very crispy on the outside and soft and chewy inside. There's ample cool crispy julienne veggies (lightly sweet, crunchy radish, carrots, cucumber, cilantro) and a lot of meat... I mean a lot! I got tender, tasty meat from the first bite to the last. As a matter of fact my last bite was all meat instead of usual plain bread! The price is $8.50 plus tax. I could have gotten a burger, fries and drink for that price but this experience was way beyond. It's almost a long submarine type sandwich that really plunged deep into my craving appetite!

Thank you to my fellow foodies on Yelp for this incredible recommendation. I was in town looking for something quick and found this spot via Yelp reviews. This place offers the ultimate Banh-Mi experience. I got the combo sandwich and it surpassed all my expectations. The bread is super fresh, crunchy, but soft on the inside. Not messy at all. I love Banh-Mi but usually not a fan because it can get very messy as the bread is usually hard and crunchy, every bite would send bread flakes flying. That was not the case here! I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed. Shop was easy to find with ample parking + friendly staff.

Heard all the hype. Finally went there and got myself a bbq pork sandwich. Pork was bland and dry. No real flavor to it. It was just them same bbq pork from the Asian buffets. There was no pate Over all it was not worth it at all I might go back to try the combo But will be a while.

Wow! The guy who works in the front has great customer service. He checks on clients, lets them know the order is almost done, very sweet! The springrolls were rolled perfectly, the lettuce in it is so fresh and crunchy! The bread for the sandwiches are soft and fresh tasting! I also got the cookies and cream drink with boba! Amazing!!! My new go to!

First time trying this spot. This place has been gaining attraction among the Facebook community. Everyone raves that this is the place for banh mi. I got the grilled pork banh mi. It was good. But the owner notified me after that it wasn't the correct bread. I think that's what he said. I wasn't really a fan of the replacement bread. But I do have to say that the contents inside were delicious. Good ratio of meat to bread. If it was the correct bread I would give this a 5/5 but since it wasn't 3/5. I was really hoping for the crunchy, crusty bread. The grilled pork spring roll, i think this is a very good spring roll. But the wrapper was kinda chewy. This made me think it was premade. But besides the chewiness of the wrapper, the pork was super flavorful. And they provided three whole slices, other places will definitely skimp out on this. But for $8 and three big rolls. Definitely worth it. But the best part of this was the sauce. One of the best peanut sauces I've had in Fresno. Other places either water it down or don't season the sauce enough. It was delicious. Not a fan of the hot sauce they provide though. Sour. (I know there's a shortage of huy fong) but it needed the huy fong sambal. But regardless 4/4 Service was good. Nothing to complain about. I was the only one in there but they were super fast. I don't think I even waited 10 mins. Which is great especially if you're on a lunch break. (5/5)

I remember coming here years ago and when I heard it was under new ownership i thought I'd check it out. I am always on the hunt for a good banh mi and this one was GREAT! It's tricky to find, it's tucked in sn office complex not too far from the airport on Fine Ave but it is worth the drive! The owners are so sweet snd the sandwiches are made righg in front of you. I got the chicken banh mi with light on the meat and more veggies. The bread is perfect! Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The vegetables were pickled to perfection and the sauce...mmmmmmmm. The chicken had zero fatty parts and was so tender. They use high quality ingrediants to be sure. I didn't try the boba but I did see several customers with boba teas snd smoothies thag looked enticing. I will try next time. You can call your order in ahead of time but it actually didn't take very long when I went. Check this place out and support local, small business! Upu won't be sorry.

Th wife and I had a late lunch here this past Friday and it was very delicious! At first I was like this is a little bit of food but was surprised that I had trouble finishing it. The customer service was great!
