This is my local store. I shop here often. I don't have any complaints other than it is more expensive than other grocery stores, but I love the convenience. My review today has to do with the fact that as I go in the store, they don't have grocery carts available. Last summer it was the same. And just like that, I refused to go in and buy groceries. Last year, I called and complained about that. And today, the same... no one goes out to retrieve the shopping carts. I guess it is too hot to retrieve them? So, just like last year, I didn't give them my business. Such a simple fix... check on the shopping cart availability and send employees outside to restock them inside the store.

I've lived by this savemart for 10 years, the female store manager is absolutely so rude! They have problems with their coupon app all the time and she embarrasses you in front of other people. I will be contacting corporate

I love Save Mart because I can get my money orders with my debit card. I really don't like carrying cash,so this a great convenience for me.

This store is horrible. Only few workers over there that know how to treat people with respect. They have got some workers over there that are having attitude and get agitated and do not want to help customers and they show it. So so rude and mean. They either need to be educated on how to treat customers or maybe they need to find some other job somewhere else if they don't like what they're doing there but do not give customers attitude and hard time

Terrible grocery store. Always out of simple things like ? which is bananas! Staff is unfriendly and always have long waits (even though they have self check out now). Brought plastic bags back to recycle and they don't have a receptacle. Asked one employee and she said "I'll throw them out for you". Been shopping here off and on for 15 years. No longer.

Just moved to the area and was planning to call this my local grocery store. Filled a basket, probably $300 worth of groceries only to go to checkout and there was only 1 lane open other than self checkout and express. Lineup down the entire aisle. I waited 10 minutes thinking they’d open another lane but didn’t so I left. I won’t wait 30+ minutes to give you my business so I left. If you can’t schedule properly for the after work rush I’ll just order online from Walmart instead. Too bad, I prefer to support local, smaller stores.

This is my go to grocery store, it is just around the corner from my house. I have been going there for years. I did notice a difference in ownership however, I like change. Their produce is good. They have all the different types of meat and fish that I cared to get. I'm very happy with the store. The checkers even the guy stocking the shelves are very nice to me and I'm an old lady. This grocery store is always clean and well lit. there was one occasion where they were out of something, and I asked and they went in back and looked for it for me. I feel this is the best store on this side of town.

Most of the people at this location are very nice and Helpful but the meat department is the exception. I went in to buy steaks that were on Sale last weekend. (You have to download a coupon for the real sale price, which we did) so I bought 2-3 packs of steaks. So I get to the register and the cashier says only 1 of the packs was on sale. (Because 1 pack was boneless) so I walk back with the bag clerk and show him they are all mixed up. They didn't have any more 3 packs like I wanted to buy so I bought 2 more 2 packs. (I needed 6 steaks total). Get back up to the register and the clerk says the coupon only works on 2 packs total. She Has the bag clerk take the 2-2packs back and see if they can put all 4 together or at least 3.NOPE! TOO MUCH TROUBLE FORTHEM!The store was not very busy, it was a Saturday morning. I left feeling like they really didn't want to help me at all. Seemed so LAZY of an act.This is not the first time I've had problems with the meat department either. I will now try an avoid going there if I can.

Beware if you don't have a smart phone and Internet access, you're not entitled to anything on sale in their store you must have their app on your phone and Internet access and know the secret handshake lol or you pay full price I have all those things but I don't think I'll ever shop save Mart again
