Don't know where to begin with this mess:Wednesday 19th. Went in to order a tow bar installation.I didn't know what the size on the haul basket was. Went home and could only place order on line.Was told the accessory to complete the job would be in on the day I needed to travel.I paid additional $60 to get it expressed.Monday 24th I go in as per my appointment. They can't find the paperwork much less the part. Hoping for it to deliver by 4:00 pm that day.Tuesday 25th No wordWednesday 26 I call and get a real human with which to speak and he tells me not only is the part not there he doesn't find the order. Tells me "oh well". There is really nothing he can do for me. So I ask to speak to the manager hoping he has half a brain. I get transferred to corporate where I speak with an agent who says the part was delivered as as promised.They contacted store. I called store and told them that corporate said it was delivered.Of course manager says "hey, yeah, it just got here." Yeah, sure.When moving and making arrangements early for less stress DO NOT CALL OR VISIT THIS OFFICE.Absolutely the worst. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Employees act as if they're doing you a favor waiting on you.Unbelievably BAD service.

The people who work here are incompetent. They charged me a rental fee for furniture pads and a dolly that I never received. I returned the uHaul and I get a call from them accusing me of stealing them and they charged me for the missing items. I was charged $300+ for a uHaul that I rented for 4 hours. After days wasted of arguing with them back and forth, I got a refund for the missing items but not the rental fee that I did not receive! No apology on their part either.

The workers will tell you uhaul will reimburse you for excess gas you put into a truck but uhaul does not reimburse you for gas.

I have rented moving trucks from uhaul 7 or 8 times and this by far was my worst experience. The customer service was terrible and when the manager got involved it didn't get much better. The tech that helped us was lethargic and barely spoke. He forgot to give us the dolly we rented and when I went back in the store to tell him he sighed with no apology. Just silently walked to the back to grab it. Not to mention the first truck they gave us shook violently and we had to drive back to the store to get it exchanged. If you care about customer service and quality equipment please don't rent from here.

Scheduled a Sunday appointment 2 weeks in advance to fix the lights on my trailer and they didn't have te parts. So disappointed as they didn't have the courtesy to apologize.

If it weren't for my experience with one of the workers, I would give this place more stars. Upon returning my vehicle around 7:20 am, I noticed 2 other vehicles lined up as returns parked ahead of me and a guy was cleaning and disinfecting them. After parking my vehicle, I proceeded to the office to the counter inside and told the guy at the counter (heavy set white gentleman wearing glasses) that I was returning the vehicle. There was no one else in the store. I told him I was returning the vehicle and he proceeded to tell me to go talk to the guy outside. I go back out and approach the guy outside and he immediately asked if I had asked the guy inside the store to check me out. I told him I did and he shook his head and politely completed the process. I could understand his frustration, since he was trying to clean two other large trucks ahead of me, while his coworker was sitting in an empty store at the counter. I think the gentleman who helped me finish the return process was named Sam. Apparently, he has a better understanding of good customer service.

We reserved a trailer to pick up at 7pm and on our way to get the trailer this place called that they had rented it out and it was our fault because they said they tried to call us (while we were at work) and didn't answer our phone. She was so rude and disrespectful. Horrible horrible way to treat customers.
