I gave this store 1 star due to the behavior of their young retail employees. During my recent shopping trip with my teen daughters for formal and getting their make up done. I encountered several issues that left me dissatisfied with the service provided. Firstly, I was looking for hair care products, specifically the brand "OUAI," which I prefer. However, I was recommended a half-used tester of a Kerastase product by a saleswoman named Nadia who seemed more focused on making a sale than understanding my needs. I purchased the product out of pity, even though I believe Kerastase is a downgrade compared to OUAI. It is incredibly disappointing to experience such poor customer service from a salesgirl who seems more interested in upselling unnecessary products and invading personal space than actually helping customers. The attempt to upsell a serum with lavender scent by making false claims about its benefits is not only misleading but also manipulative. The fact that Nadia tried to apply the product to my hair without consent is a clear violation of personal boundaries. Furthermore, the unauthorized placing of items in my basket is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for the customer's autonomy. To top it off, the behavior of taking selfies after your interaction adds insult to injury and indicates a self-absorbed and unprofessional attitude. Customer service should be about meeting the needs and desires of the customer, not about pushing unwanted products or crossing boundaries. It is concerning to encounter such behavior from a young salesperson, as it reflects a sense of entitlement and greed that should have no place in the service industry. This experience highlights the importance of training and supervision to ensure that employees understand the boundaries of good customer service. My frustration escalated when my 12-year-old daughter was recommended expensive Dior makeup products. I was shocked by the suggestion of spending exorbitant amounts on makeup for a young girl, which reflected poor judgment and lack of understanding of customer needs. Why does any 12-year-old need anti-aging creams and wrinkle-free foundation? Overall, I found the actions of the store's young employees to be unprofessional, pushy, and uninformed. Their desperation for sales and lack of respect for customer preferences make me reluctant to return to the store. I prefer the convenience and reliability of online shopping over dealing with such subpar service.

I received bad customer service from this location. Poor Management from store manager Linda. Sephora provide better training please.

Big shout out to Hannah and Mason for helping give me the bridal makeup of my dreams! Mason helped me picked out the perfect products and Hannah helped with showing me how to get the eye look I wanted. I don't normally give reviews but I just finished my face with the rest of the products and I just feel so pretty and confident... Thank you!

I love love love everyone, whenever I go in everyone is very welcoming very observant especially Perla she’s always so welcoming and so helpful. If you’re just getting into makeup or just want some advice she’s the person to go to I’ve grown to really like her and def have had no problems or regrets with any of the products she has recommended me:)

I can't believe how kind everyone was! I've been to this location multiple times and always leave satisfied. The employees are quick to greet you and inform you with any sales right when you walk in. As you shop around, they check on you ensuring you're finding everything alright. I'm not the most experienced when it comes to makeup, but having someone show me their tips and recommendations made me feel confident and ready to experiment! Rachel was the one who helped me pick out my products, she was amazing!! Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the cashier who helped me out, but he was also super kind and friendly. Definitely my favorite Sephora location.

I was so happy to have gone here to buy my hair oil treatment. The staff is so nice and helpful! They welcomed me in to their lovely store. I really appreciate their helpful tips and suggestions! I can’t wait to go back there again! Thank you for having such a nice work crew!

Cody is rude as hell I walk in and say hello and he gives me a dirty look and continues to talk to his coworker. Im in the aisle looking at skin care and tells me “excuse you” after I had already moved out of the way from him to walk through the aisle.

The best customer service I’ve ever received in all River Park Mall. Taylor was superb, competent and professional in helping in locating all the items in no time. I highly recommend this place and if you’ve run to Taylor , it would be your lucky day at Sephora !!

I rarely go to Sephora, but when I do go the employees are usually helpful. But I recently went and they were out of the blush I was looking for. I've seen customers open the bottom storage drawers before, so I thought it was okay for me to search in the drawer. But then an employee marches over and asks if she can help me with anything. After she confirmed they were out of the blush, she said to not open the bottom drawers because we don't like customers going through them. The problem was the tone of her voice and the way she was talking to me. Makes me not want to go to that Sephora again. She could have been nicer and perhaps they should post signs to not open the drawers or lock them.

I can’t quite remember her name but Ellie or Ellia matched my foundation + concealer perfectly! She was patient and easy to talk to. Also, Lexy was so sweet, caring, and such a positive soul! She helped me at the cash register. Truly, out of all the experiences I’ve ever had at Sephora, this one was the best one! Usually, I hate walking into Sephora but walking into this Sephora was different. I recommend coming here due to the great customer service. On top of that, all the other girls on the floor were also nice.
