AMAZING customer service every single time I call. I forgot to order my supplies and was very worried about not receiving my baby's formula in time but I spoke with a rep and they expedited my order !! I love that they really take the time to listen to what I need and get it to me ASAP.

We’ve been loyal customers of Shield Healthcare for over a decade. A recent change in insurance, that I was not made aware of, caused a stop in delivery of my daughter’s medical supplies. Shield did not even bother informing us by letter, phone call, text message or messenger bird. They simply cancelled our account with no notification. A complete misrepresentation of the caring, compassionate marketing bs you brand. Profits over people. Got it.Lesson learned.

Called never received my grandma supplies . Called said nothing they can do that it looks like they shipped today. Funny when they said ever 30 days and gave us a different date. Since medical changed my grandma they changed our order and cheap pass that are smaller then previous. Only in America where we can't help the elderly with supplies!!

Spoke with a supervisor named Alexis. She was great and hopefully straightned the mess out. I thought I had finally found a place for my glucose monitor. I loved it and helped me to maintain my blood sugars better. Now after 3 months the problems begin. I recieve a 1 month supply at a time. They are now saying I recieve 3 months ata a time and they will send no more. I have spoken to numerous people there and at Abbott and supervisor named Alex never helps or returned calls she promised to help.

This place never has your supplies delivered on time, or do they take any fault in why they were not shipped to you in time,or every 30 days. Last year it was the fault of me ordering through there automatic service, so all year this year I would call and place order, and again no supplies on time or is it there fault. Not even managment helps or cares, always excuses other then themselves. I Will be looking for a better place for my medical supplies and needs.

Excellent service. I've been with Shield for more than ten years and I have no complaints. They are a great company with. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE. If you are with another company, then switch to Shield. You'll never regret the change you made. GOD BLESS

I have found shield employees to be kind and accommodating. Each seems to go out of their way for you. From simple phone calls to complicated issues. Thank you for all your hard work. I hope your bosses see all your efforts and reward you accordingly.

Kaiser switched from Shield to Byram and now my supplies cost me 138.00 more for the same order than Shield. Really liked Shield, easy to work with and supplies always delivered on time.

This is the office where you get to communicate with people for your medical orders. They normally don't carry all of the supplies but they do have some. They are also partner with Kaiser. They took care of my client very well when he was running low on certain things. They are very good with customer service!

I was stressed to find colostomy bags. I called around to several suppliers in Fresno in search of these. Most didn't carry them and those that did wanted a fortune for them. I am in the middle of getting an insurance issue resolved so my insurance isn't working. I couldn't afford $100 + to obtain these. When I called Shield HealthCare, Rebecca answered, listened to what I had to say and immediately told me that she thought she had an emergency kit. When I asked how much, she told me no charge. Not only was she respectful & gracious, she offered something that no one else had. Rebecca was my lifesaver. For ANY medical supply needs I will go no where else than Shield. Thank you so much.
