Do NOT NOT NOT buy a Sleep Number Bed. What an absolute ripoff.5 year old mattress, paid $4,000 for a Full, and it’s been leaking since year 2. “Repairs” cost you. And it’s not a repair, they come and put air in it. The warranty is toilet paper. For $4,000 you can buy literally anything else that will have a real warranty and last longer than 2 years.

Needed a new bed and went to the Fresno Sleep Number store. Worked with Thayne and was provided excellent customer service and a wealth of knowledge on mattresses. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this store.

Stopped into Sleep Number in Fresno as we were in need of a new bed. Thought we knew what we wanted before we arrived. Turned out we didn’t! Thayne was so helpful! Full of knowledge and provided us amazing customer service!!! We bought a great mattress and box spring and look forward to many nights of comfortable sleeping!!! Highly recommend working with Thayne and visiting this store if you’re in the market for a new mattress!!!

Hard to get in and out of! Can only enter one way off Shaw, going westbound & can only exit the same way. Hard to turn out onto a 4-lane road! Parking lot is blocked off from all other surrounding businesses. Worst entrance/exit I've ever seen!
