i went to smart & final a couple of months ago, and it was my last visit! there were a lot of employees on the floor , but none who could answer a simple question! working customer service, you need to be able to communicate with everyone ! smart & final needs to get better staff who can train their employees to respond to customers & not be afraid to engage with them!!

I have been bugging the poor people working in the meat department for like three or four weeks trying to get a certain kind of ham They’re all so polite, so nice about it. The ham finally came in and made our Christmas but I want to thank the meat department, say a job well done thank you thank you thank you.
