Awful haircut on my daughter. It is choppy and looks like I cut it, lol. It's unfortunate because this is her first short do and it's botched. When I complained I
was told it was even and clean even when I could see it was not. The nice girl offered to let us come back the next day if we were still unhappy, but I kinda gathered these girls were all in training and didn't want a worse "fix".

The manager will go above and beyond if you get a bad haircut. I do believe they need to make sure the stylist knows how the notes work and how to do better consultations. Make sure Essence never touches your hair.

I really appreciate that they were so generous! They made time to give me a consultation and were very fair with their price.
The consultation was helpful, and they made sure to combine what I wanted with what was possible. They even parted my hair in its natural way and complimented my hair instead of pushing it to do something unnatural.
I like that they go the extra mile to include a scalp massage and even a shoulder massage if you want. They also use high quality products.

Unfortunately this location is just in chill mode my last two visits and doesn't value their clients time. If you're under any time constraints in my opinion don't visit this location. This visit I did the usually check in online. Two stylist cutting hair. Both finished up and I sat there awhile no one is getting a hair cut. Was told I'd have to wait for the boss to get back from lunch and she would cut my hair. Sad to see this location get to the point they just don't seem to care. I won't be returning. Disappointed I wasted my lunch break and no hair cut.

Great place. Just wish the stylists that you have had do your hair showed in like a history so you could make sure you requested the same ones that did a good job.
