While I keep going to Starbucks because I like the coffee better than any other, I have to say this. Most of the time, I order a Venti Espresso Frappuccino with sugar free vanilla, extra espresso shot, and blended with heavy cream. It is NEVER made the same. I can tell it will be good from the color. The only amount of heavy cream needed in a venti is 3 OZ. And follow the directions for the rest. It will be light Brown the way it should be. NOT WHITE!. EVERY Starbucks messes this up.

0 stars for this location. I went Monday morning and order through the drive through. First they said my total was $7.05 at the speaker then when I got to the window they charged me $5.80, I thought maybe the inputted it wrong the first time and the drink ended up being less than I thought. It then went through on my account and then the lady came back and said she needed to do it again because it didn't go through on their end. I advised it already went through on my end and came out of my account. She kept assuring me that it would be refunded since they did not get it on their end and in their system. The next time she charge it me it was the $7.05 total. I paid for the $1.05 in cash and the rest on my card. Before this I asked her what would happen if I did not receive the automatic refund and she assured me again that all I needed to do was call the store and they could issue one since it was their system that was not working. I called yesterday as it was now posted in my account and explain the situation to whoever answered. They then said they could not issue a refund because they don't have it in their system. I have proof of the card I used with both totals stating they both came out of my account from this location. They then hung up on me. I called the customer support line and now have a ticket for someone to investigate. This should not be this hard when I have proof I was double charged. Absolutely ridiculous on so many levels that I even have to do this.

THE BEST STAFF. It can take a while for drinks but I think that's due to a shortage of workers at that time becuase they're always moving fast and still greeting everyone

I’ve been here once during the day; good experience BUT today, I came around 8:45pm because online it said they close at 9pm. I went through the drive through but it was already shut down. There were 3 workers inside doing nothing so I’m confused on why the closing hours would be 9PM but the workers choose to close up early?? Everywhere else you go, you can come in until the closing time and get taken care of but here they chose not to do that. I even parked and got out of the car to check the hours on the door..the pictures were after I parked and after I walked up to the door…wasted my time

If i could give this a 0 star TRUST me, I would. I went to this Starbucks today with my mom & pops. They gave my mom her frappe drink without ice so it was just all soggy and warm. We decided to go back and ask if we can get another one made right or a refund, the girl at the window was already so rude and disrespectful and told me it melts fast. She denied us another drink and refund. Figures on why she has a career at starbucks. ZERO STARS ???!!!!!!

I usually go here but the last couple times they have been watering down the drinks with more milk and not making them correctly. I just switched to the one on Herndon and Marks, way better.

Made an order through the app and picked it up at the drive-thru window just now... Little girl at the window was RUDE and deliberately so!!!!No one behind me and order was next to her and ready and still had to tell me, "Next time you can at least let us know at the drive thru" (meaning g the box)My mistake, but you can keep your rude service. I'll go to the other 3 in my neighborhood for now on.

My order was wrong gave me someone else’s drink. I call and talk to manager they say yes they have my drink on counter, apologized etc so I go back the next day to get my right order and then they give me the wrong size smh ??♀️ at that point I didn’t see the need to argue about a drink but definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

What a pleasant experience, I’ve recently had a bad experience at the Palm and Herndon location while in town visiting my grandma, I decided to visit the Milburn location and went thru the drive thru, Brenden was the young gentleman who was at the window and he provided outstanding customer service such a polite, professional, and overall joy. Totally made our day brighter, I think many associates can learn from him. Early this morning 7am 4/29/23 I purchased a blueberry scone with a few other things. I got home and noticed it was expired over 3 months ago. We had to go out again so I went by Starbucks and we told them about the old date on the blueberry scone and the girl says oh ok let me tell the manager, the girl comes back and hands the same scone out to me and says the manager says that's the date it was packaged not the expiration date. I said so it's almost 4 months since it was made? I said no that's way too long. Do you have any fresher options? She said yes let me go see. She brought back the same exact scone without plastic wrapper. I said that's the same one with no wrapper. I said no Thank You And we just drove off. The manager on staff about 2pm Saturday 4/29/23 did not even care enough to come to the window or try to accommodate us in any way. They were fine with keeping my scone and offering nothing except the same outdated scone. So many bad reviews at this Herndon and Milburn location and now I see why. Please Starbucks corporate do something about this manager that obviously could care less.
