This is a top-notch storage facility, probably the best one in the Fresno area. I have leased space in this facility in 2022 and 2024. The units are fairly new and are in excellent condition with individual lighting inside the unit. The climate-controlled building really does have the perfect temperature during hot and cold weather (unlike other storage facilities where the air is off or is on low or does not function sufficiently). Overall, the facility and the units are clean and spacious. The facility’s periphery is also clean and tidy with no litter or debris in the area. (It’s located next to an amusement park on one side and undeveloped land on the other.)
Like Sandy, the previous manager, the current on-site manager, Desiree, is helpful in recommending the best units that are or will be available. Both managers were very clear and upfront about the rental terms and details including the best deadline to close the units to avoid unnecessary charges. Desiree is also seen checking the buildings whenever I am there, and often has checked on me and other tenants as closing time approaches. Overall, my experience has been positive with no problems whatsoever. I recommend this facility for anyone who needs a short- or long-term rental space.

Terrible customer service. Site mgr Desiree and the other one are very rude and liars. Our lock was stolen the first day and they basically said "oh well" then they couldn't find the footage of who stole our lock (how convenient). Don't go to the Fresno storquest, the two site mngr s don't treat customers with respect, go to Darrel's Mini Storage, they have great deals and great sevice.

Terrible customer service. The first day our new lock was broke off and someone else put another lock on. Site mgr Desiree told us we had to buy new lock an she couldn't provide us with any information on what happened to our lock. That cost us $40.00. The mgr totally dismissed what happened to us our first day renting a storage. Don't go to the Fresno storquest. They are terrible.

Desiree, the on site office and do everything person, who helped me was very patient as well as going out of her way to help with issues of the very large semi getting onto the property. She’s friendly and efficient. Thank you.

Look I’ve been there since 2021-2024 and I’m leaving cause you have the worst customer service her name is Desiree she just wants money and money when I have reported her to corporate for being rude charging me by th 8-9 day and I told her that I need like a day or 2 to move and she said that I have to pay out of my own pocket to pay those two(2) days for the move out.Also when I told her that I needed my key that I had gave patty one to hold she said she was also going to charge me for that too and I told her that that’s not what I got told and also she was being hella rude to me when my gate code she said we don’t have time to be giving people there gate code if they don’t remember it it’s not our fault and she was just being rude with me.Also before I left your unit I had asked her multiple times to send so I could pay online and she never would send it to me and I’m sorry but your going to loose customers over Desiree for being rude and disrespectful and also not in complaint in her work like she’s only there for the money not anything else.I miss when Sandy and Michele where there they where the best and also I love talking to Patricia she’s the best I hate talking to rude disrespectful and unappreciated for her job I think people shouldn’t work there if they don’t like that job.

Sandy helped my husband and I so much, she was amazing and answered all of our questions! We are moving to Guam and needed to store our car for three years, we were able to get the online deal.
Update: it has been absolutely horrible trying to close our unit. The communication has been awful, with the manager full blown arguing with me and insulting me. It has been so bad that we want to get rid of this unit just to stop giving this company money. I wish I would have chosen else where and I do not recommend especially for military families moving from the area.

I love my units but they keep charge rate went up I don't understand why I been in unit since 2021 til 2024 I love my old customer she is very understand and give me less price when I have hard time budget and right now I worry and stressed out myself because they charge my rate is up I not want leave my unit but I don't know I prayer I make payment before 7 th add charger fee late I love my old customer and I miss old customer for real Melinda and sandy

My dad had an issue there was a mix up. Desiree was beyond rude to my dad giving him the nastiest attitude. Won't purchase a storage from you again. If she does not.like her job she should find a new one.

If you move out a day or 2 after you rent is due they will not prorate under any circumstance. When you sign the agreement, you will spend a good 20-30mins on paperwork. This policy should be front and center during that meeting and it was not. I was charged a full month for 1 days of storage. Do yourself favor and rent elsewhere that will consider you a human being and not a storage number. May karma be with you and yours storequest
