Went to get lpg hose and the guys there know their stuff. Then found out by the gentleman who fills propane bottles about Thursday special. Less than $20 to refill my 20 pound cylinder. I know where to get my bottles filled!

For past 8 yrs this business has fraudulently claimed that they own the gas tank on my father's property despite numerous requests that they show us the account contract. Even though we cancelled the gas delivery contract with them 3 yrs ago, they still send us annual statements for the tank rental fee which they label as "account management". They know they don't own the tank because they have no documentation to support their claim. BEWARE!! My family does NOT RECOMMEND this business!!!!

Horrible horrible service. I would never recommend anyone cone here to get a tank filled. Almost an hour just to get a tank filled, and pay. I'd rather just pay a tank exchange fee.

We have been a long-time commercial farming account with Suburban. Our account rep, Elisa, has always been very responsive and accommodating.

ZERO. -ZERO stars for this terrible company, EVERY Year, on EVERY single level. Year after year. ...-Price gouging. Sued for it multiple times. They claim to have other benefits -but they only apply to their "Big Accounts", those who do not spend thousands get stiffed worse. Their "deals" come with a COSTLY Catch. --HORRIBLE, non existent customer service skills from the bottom all the way up to their supervisors. -Supervisors who work employees over time WITHOUT pay, get Holiday Bonuses large enough to buy Cars -(Cal, company CEO whom bought a BMW one year using just a bonus) or utter unprofessional remarks such as: "Did I stutter?!" or "sign this document so the company won't owe you over time, even if you work it" (Supervisor Cathe Giannetti) or a driver supervisor who speaks only with customers who spend thousands yearly (& still very rudely) along with speaking terrible things of his drivers behind their back & deciding "which customer spends the most & therefore deserves priority & the better price" (Dennis Wright -whose phony "positive rating" review appears on Facebook) along with the general location manager (Debra Jackson) whom is willing to bend ANY rule to pass inspection and prevent any employee she can from being happy working there (turn around is HORRIBLE because of the abuse & harassment) while she profits by price gouging the common customer, in spite of the low level employees who wish to charge a FAIR price per gallon, even if foregoing the coveted "Yearly Bonus". They charge you more there at the source than going to a gas station to fill up a small tank!! Not to mention charges upon service charges, whether they should apply or not! All they care about is profit, not loyalty. PLUS collaborating to create & post FALSE positive reviews...Without doubt, this lousy company has truly earned its horrible (very true) reputation. -See other reviews; all us prior customers can't be lying. We Customers run to the arms of smaller companies whom still know what is FAIR & what "Customer Service" TRULY represents. Do yourself a favor, find a different company. DON'T, DON'T throw your hard earned money away on these hyenas. HORRIBLE business tactics by horrible people.& p.s.: The few "positive" reviews you see are from current employees, NOT real customers (ie Dennis Wright)

Although the satisfaction of being on contract to keep full, the pricing is consistently higher than the competition. The Tank was filled just in time for the season. Thanks

3 years with this company, the worst experience aver.. Gage on tanks didn't work, run out propane, now have no idea how much is the tank. Had and appointment set up to check what's wrong, no one showed up 3 times in the row.. no call, no notifications, nothing... can't wait to switch....

Do not use this propane service, their customer service is non-existent, price per gallon is extremely high, when asked if they will match other local services, they are unwilling. Save the trouble and start with another company.

They are the propane kings! Went to two propane stations prior and they told me tank was broken on my motorhome. Suburban replaced a gasket and refilled my tank in minutes and almost half the price.

Stopped by on 8/20/2021 at around 8:40am to get some propane gas but no one was in the lobby other than 3 people with luggage that didn’t work there. I asked to see if they been helped and one person said they were in the back. I ringed the counter bell but got no one. I waited about 10 mins and no one came to the front. These 3 people were still waiting in the lobby with their luggage. Don’t know if suburban is also running a transportation business but it was weird how these people were there with their luggage and just waiting. It was getting awkward so I left.

They are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I’ve been trying to get them to fix a tank for two months. When I noticed a leak they sent someone out who fixed it by saying that he “fixed the leak but it still leaks, just not as bad”. They then attempted to do a tank swap. They were supposed to call me to let me know they were on their way. They gave me a window but the tech called me an hour before the window. I couldn’t answer but called him back 3 minutes later. No answer. I kept calling and left a message but no call back. When I went to my property there was a note saying nobody was there. They then finally did a swap. They took my fuel and didn’t connect the tank. They still haven’t been back out. I call and call, leave messages and nothing. I spoke to their dispatch manager last week and he promised that it would happen on Friday. He said he would personally call me on Friday to confirm and I am still waiting. My next call will be to another company and my attorney.

I did what you are not supposed to do and that is to not call to order propane before you run out. I have a 1000 gallon tank and only order 1-2 times per year. Yesterday, which was a Saturday, I realized I forgot to order propane and the gauge was registering zero. It being a Saturday, I thought for sure I would need to wait until Monday or Tuesday.I left a message on my representatives phone and within ten minutes she called back with a willingness to help that is far too common these days. She immediately reached out to the operations manager and within a few hours my tank was full again. I did not really expect that I would be taken care of so well on a weekend. A big shout out and thank you to Elisa and the Suburban team
