Sandwiches were good. Restuarant was clean. Service? They made my sandwiches as requested, didn't call me names or throw condiments at me. Like most of the Subways in Fresno, there is no small talk, no smiles, as minimal interaction with the customer as possible.

hardeep was so upset That i did not want lettuce. she made a mess as she threw the lettuce back in the container. i asked why she was rude and she laughed. then asked if I wanted a cookie to not post my bad review.

Hardeep is her name I believe ! Was extremely rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable from the moment I asked for a minute to order, then she got mad when I asked for no lettuce and had very bad attitude! When I asked if she was the owner she begin to be nice as I said I would right a review , then was offered a free cookie to not right a review! Definitely not going back for that reason.

Got food poisoning from this location. If you want to lose weight be sure to eat here so you can throw up 90% of your body weight. Rude employees that clearly dislike their job.

Waist of my money!!! The worst sandwich ever!!! I think the main problem was the bread, it was old. I love the Subway sandwiches just because of the daily baked fresh bread. This place ruined it for me, never tasted such a bad sandwich. Why even give one star? I gave them my money, waisted my gas, and my time! Glad they are a hole in a wall.

You'd do better just going in to order than ordering thru the app. I got there 10 min after my scheduled time and I still had to wait another 10 min behind someone who also ordered thru the app and two in store customers. Update: make that 3 in-store customers!

Order the Cali fresh turkey online and came in to pick up my order, upon arrival she was still making my order and when I had gotten home an unwrapped it she forgot the avocado which was the main thing on why I ordered the sandwich in the first place SMH. I live far from this location so it was an inconvenience and I didn't even get offered a free sandwich for the mess up. Will not be going back plus the sandwich looked very small for the price I paid.

Open 24 hours, excellent since we arrived into town at 11:45pm after a 6 hr drive. All food items stocked. They don’t serve breakfast all day(even though eggs are not freshly made). Sloppy in making sandwiches and didn’t enforce wearing mask properly from customers.

I am normally very understanding in situations, however this is unacceptable. I placed my order at 12:57pm, pick up was at 1:20. I show up at 1:26 just to be informed that they forgot to do it. I get it, things happen, however this was not an excuse to completely mess up my order. The only thing they got right was to add avocado. They forgot to add things on. What is even more upsetting is that they were not even busy, so they can’t even use that as an excuse. Let alone they had the order right in front of them. This is extremely upsetting, if I didn’t have to go back to work, I would have showed up. Please pay more attention to detail next time. It’s unfair for the people that are on a limited time.
