Great customer service. Young woman was very patient. I had three coupons and ordered 8 sandwiches. You are only able to use one coupon per transaction. Knowing this, she made all of my sandwiches and split them into the proper transactions so that my coupons could be used. She did all of this without any complaining or making the situation uncomfortable.Sandwiches were great. My family of 8 was very happy.This is a way better subway than the one on Figarden. They were very impatient and did not honor my coupons. Pure laziness.This subway on the other hand was amazing compared to them.Special thanks to the young lady who prepared my orders! ?

Tips for employees: The first thing you ask your customer is : Hello, What would you like?Instead of : R u buying a Veggie??It was pretty disgusting when this woman asked me this question. Would she ask other races based on their stereotypes? I can understand if someone who is from another country said this, but this lady was American and in her 50s.The store manager or the owner needs to educate their employees unless they are racist and stereotypical themselves.I walked away. Not eating food made from such a disgusting person. Never going there.

TAKE YOUR MONEY TO ANOTHER SUBWAY!!! The little Indian kid that works here has the most unprofessional and rude attitude I’ve ever encountered. I ordered on the app at 9pm and they refused my order despite my payment already going through. On the app, it clearly states 9:15pm is the last order time. After taking my payment, I come to find out they do not honor coupons despite it successfully working on the app. I tried to explain my issue and come to some type of resolution but he just laughed with a smile on his face and said he couldn’t take the order. To make matters worse, this location closes at 9:30pm but they close way before that. That same Indian kid who refused my order, refused to honor my coupon, and laughed at my face ended up closing the lights at 9:07pm as I walked out the door. Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. I’ve given this place two chances and both times I’ve experienced terrible customer service. I’m glad I didn’t give this place even a penny! His parents should be ashamed of his lack of respect and lack of work ethic! If I could give this place zero stars I would! Unbelievable.
