Disappointed as when I booked this reservation I was under the impression this would include a free breakfast. Google still lists the breakfast as an amenity here but as of 6/20/25, this is incorrect. When I arrived I was told they stopped serving breakfast back in January. This review is to serve anyone looking for a place that would minimize your travel costs as there are other options in the area around this price range that do include a meal. Otherwise, the location was mostly clean, no curtains for maximum privacy but the shades do block the light. The bed was a bit saggy for my preference as I prefer a firmer bed when traveling. Will not be returning but the receptionist was friendly and prompt when I arrived around 11pm.

The worst customer service ever experienced.!
Average wait time for someone to answer the office call or come in the office from the back is 20-25 min.
The first night we have arrived 1:30am so not noticed that enough towels in the rooms or not.,after long drive we slept and wake up with itchy skin. after waited 40 minutes outside the office early morning before we leave for the day,we asked the front desk to check and clean the room with fresh towels.
Nothing is being done and we eventually have to canceled our 2nd night stay and look for another hotel after verbally disrespected by front desk.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfy and at first glance everything was good. Unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work in my room (119) which for me is a big issue, since I rely on the hotel WiFi to communicate with my family and clients overseas. On top of that bear in mind that your room is literally in the middle of the car park, so anytime someone starts or stops their car outside your window you get a complete out of body experience…

Apparently their non existent “policy” says that you can’t check in after 10pm AFTER you payed for your reservation or else it’ll given to a walk in. If I could give them zero stars to this place I would. You’re better off sleeping in your car on the side of the road then giving this place your money.

The rooms where clean and nice but we couldn’t connect to the wifi and when we told it two times in about two hours to the guy on the reception he both times said that he will do something about it but then nothing changed

We had a clean room. Reasonable for the price. Room was a little small for 4 people and air conditioning was loud. We then identified these. Unfortunately, the air then became stuffy. Breakfast okay, although hardly any space in the room. We then went to the room with food.

Worst place I’ve ever been, I usually travel in hostels.The lady who was there as menager is the worst person I’ve ever met, she treated us like we were worms. Customer service less than zero. We arrived at 9pm after driving all day and after 10 minutes in the room the toilet didn’t work and the water spilled everywhere. We went to the reception to tell them and they told us we only could get towels to dry the floor and the plumber for the toilet to fix it by ourselves. I kept telling them I didn’t want to stay on the floor to fix something we didn’t brake. After a while they gave us another room but the manager was talking with us with so much contempt. Don’t go there.

A week ago I would of given 4 stars. It's an inexpensive cute hotel, very clean and well maintained with good normal service, no perks but worth the price. I change my rating because when I checked out after my last stay the man at the front desk yelled at me for checking out late. Upon checking in I was told check out time was noon but he said it has never been noon and it was not possible that the other person told me it was noon, so basically called me a liar. I apologized several times and told him I understand his being upset and he continued yelling and said next time he will keep my deposit and if I do it again they will not accept my business. Very rude and unprofessional, too bad because I like this place and the women is very nice. He could have told me the exact same thing in a normal and calm voice and kept a customer who would have referred other people, makes me want to stay far away from this place.
