Worst place ever they hooked up my stereo completely wrong I had to take it to somebody else to have him hook it up right and they charged me $500 to not even get it done and all horrible place I would not ever recommend anybody going here they will rob you and do a horrible job

I reached out to Super Stereo last minute to surprise my husband with new speakers for his birthday, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my request. They custom-built a speaker box, installed an amplifier with a bass knob, and ensured everything was set up perfectly. My husband was thrilled with the results! Susana and the installers were extremely professional, and their attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend Super Stereo for anyone looking for top-notch service and quality!

I have been a customer since 1986 before they opened up a shop on Tulare Street and they have always given me a great deal and made sure that I was happy with the service I must have taken at least 10 cars to have windows tinted alarms and stereo systems their work is warranted but I have never had a problem with anything

Terrible customer Service
Susana in specific gets very angry and tries to defend her technicians about every little thing as if they are perfect. They left my rear door panel’s all loose and it doesn’t clip back at all. In addition they wired my door lights wrong, They now all only turn on if i turn my dome lights are on, if they are turned off they don’t turn on at all. Previously They were not like this, I have proof as well. Overall Terrible experience, I don’t recommend this place, they left the rear door lights dim as well, not the same as how i originally brought it in, and i have proof. Everything was a mess , from the customer service to the work , and the results. Additionally, I wasn’t able to fully check my truck since it was daytime i couldn’t fully tell if the lights worked well in person until i got home and it became dark (around 8pm). In addition i was already annoyed with these people and had just wanted to take my truck home since what should have been a 1 day job lasted three entire days at their shop, having to deal with their mess. With little communication and terrible technicians going back and forth trying to blame me for something they should have diagnosed and explained before telling me the truck was ready to pick up in the beginning. They also tried to blame me that the truck was taking up space and they didn’t have time to work on it because they had other cars there, this is their problem and should have figured it out before taking my truck in. Highly dissatisfied , these guys are very unprofessional.

super unprofessional the owner lady was yelling at me as soon as i called asking if they can look at my stereo once more because it sounded blown after they gave me it back when i had taken it without blown speakers everything worked perfectly fine she said in these words right after i paid " one of the speakers sounds blown on the right side" and when i got in and tested them it was my left speakers blown all the way out rattling at every noise and my speakers were perfectly fine like i said. and on top of it all she was tryna make me pay extra because her husband needed to go on his lunch im not sure how any of them are related but she was trying to charge me for his lunch and i had to tell them you told me it would be done before 3 mind you i got there at 12 and it wasnt done till about 4. and she keeps trying to make her customers seem stupid and act like they dont know what they are talking about and like i said i wasnt satisfied i called back 10 mins after leaving and you charged 75$ extra for who knows what my review is very much fair with the way the old lady acted towards me and my significant other overall the entire experience was super ghetto their store is gross with pills laying on their shelves and trash tucked in their fake bushes in their waiting room i wouldnt waste my time with these ghetto unprofessionally behaved people VERY UNSATISFIED

Susana and her team at Super Stereo are awesome. Eddie knows his stereos and how to get your boat, car, UTV sounding great. They do great work, and I’ll only come back here for all of my stereo needs.

Took my mustang in to get some speakers installed. Quoted me a price and called me while the job was being done saying that they had to charge me more money because of how "difficult" it was. My speakers started making a weird noise about 1-2 weeks later and when I took it back to them asking if they can see what had gone wrong was. That woman had attitude in saying they won't do it under warranty because they didn't provide the parts. I would have understood if it happened a year or 2 later but it happened a few days after the install which means they probably half assed the job and messed up. Instead of trying to help me out she just told me that she charged 125$ an hour for the diagnostic and figuring out what went wrong. This place sucks would 100% recommend going anywhere else.

My husband took my car in to get a camera installed, and somehow while they were messing with the wires to install it, they fried my radio. My radio was working perfectly fine when I took my car. They tried to blame my husband and told him it was because he had tried to install my camera himself a week earlier, but the radio had been working perfectly fine up in til they installed the camera. When he told them about it they told him they couldn't do anything about. So basically they're saying they are not responsible for that. Their excuse was that "they had already given him a discount" on the camera installation.
