My hair looks horrible. I tried explaining several times and she just didn't get it and just grabbed a chunk of hair and cut it. It's not even, it looks like just chunks were taken out and I can't even pull it up because the huge, uneven chunks. I cried. I'm still very upset because that cost a lot of money for a SuperCuts haircut and I look like trash now. It needs to be fixed but I don't have the money to get another cut elsewhere and I obviously don't want the same person near my hair to try to fix it. It wasn't even hard, it was make my bangs a bit shorter so that they curve around my face. Like a little past my ears. I had to tell her several times and she said oh, like this and took a huge chunk out of the side if my hair and didn't even do the long layers in the back like I asked. I've done this numerous times and never had an issue. I'm so upset and I want to just GI Jane it. It's so ugly.

Selina is an amazing barber/ hair stylist. Always does an amazing job everytime. I have continued to go to her for over a years now & followed her from one store to another since she moved locations that's what a great job she does.

Overall it was an ok experience. Check-in was fast and the stylists were very kind to my kiddos. I was a little disappointed that for $27 there was no hair washing of any kind or styling gel or hair product use. I know they’re kids, but just wetting their hair and cutting it doesn’t seem worth almost $30. I may come back with my older one, but I feel like for my younger ones we get a better value at the kids cut place.

I had an amazing experience at Supercuts today, thanks to my stylist, Nicole. She was incredibly patient and attentive throughout the entire process, making sure my haircut turned out perfectly. I showed her many pictures of how I wanted it, and she took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She repeatedly asked if I liked how it looked at every step, ensuring I was completely satisfied. Her professionalism and dedication to her craft really stood out. I couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommend Nicole for anyone looking for a great stylist!
