I'm an existing T-mobile customer and I was trying to get a trade in on one of my phones, I have 3 lines and I have go5g for my plan. Yesterday I spoke with customer service and I'm eligible for a trade in without having to add a line. I called into this store and whoever answered the phone 10:47 said I would need to add an existing line. So who's lying here? So I say nah, I don't need a line because I know what I was told when I called customer service yesterday. So I got hung up on, very rude and unprofessional.

I am homeless and I have a government issue tablet I asked for aSIM card for more data he said that I don't think it will work. He said I will Sale you A New one for about $250The one I have is one month old.I am going to go to another T Mobile authorized dealer for the SIM card.After all T Mobile is T Mobile.

I came here to buy a new phone and add it to my line. They had a promotion going on for a free Apple Watch included or AirPods, they were out of AirPods so by default it was the watch, which hey not too bad considering it’s free. Wrong, I got my next bill a week later to the amount of $300+. Apparently, the sales rep added an additional line, on top of my two. Not only that, I was charged a $70 fee for changing my plan in middle of my bill cycle, which I should’ve at least been informed of by the way! No mention whatsoever about that, also he offered me insurance to which I declined, he offered it to me once again saying it was free the first 6 months which I declined, he once again asked because it was free and I agreed because it’s free. SIKE. I got billed for 3 voice lines instead of 2, I got billed for insurance for 3 devices, I got billed a $20 WEARABLE DEVICE FEE, and a $70 prorated plan change fee. Imagine that. I felt all in total scammed.

I went there to get my service upgraded and the white guy with beard told me there not opening till 12 a clock on a Sunday schedule for 11am …. Poor service hopefully T-Mobile do something about this clowns ?

My wife and I just visited this store. Vanessa waited on us. I will only say that she's an absolute professional as she dealt with us. And we told her so. Thanks , Vanessa!

So, I have to turn in my S21 because I got the new S23 Ultra - pretty cool phone so far, I need to learn how to best use pen. Anyway, The reminder texts and emails listed an option to 'Just take it to a T-Mobile store to turn in.' So, procrastinating, I rode to this location (last day to turn in)... And was. Told because it's not a 'corporate' store, and they can't/don't accept them. 'HOWEVER, I did get a new Tracker for free! I only paid tax and walked out the door. Cheap insurance for my Phatmoto if it works.. Something like $5/mo with autopay discount. The associate who helped me after not accepting turn in was knowledgeable about the Tracker.So, the poor rating is for Corporate T-Mobile. This has happen before, being told 'All T-Mobile stores have a Technician......' Not True, just like the turn in.... story.

Oh man what can I say one of the best T-mobile stores I’ve been to. My mom usually hates to go to T-mobile store because she speaks Spanish and they usually make her feel uncomfortable. But Vanessa the manager and Brenda the rep really made her feel at home. We went in to upgrade her IPhone even though she didn’t know her information they made it work and took their time. We will make sure to let people know to come in.

Manager is rude and no help told me to go fix my phone somewhere else even tho I have insurance and only has the phone for two months the other employee was nice but still worst experience going to T-Mobile

They were rude, couldn't enter the building because they said they aren't letting people inside. That to see phones they HAD to bring them to us to look at. Didn't get the lady name, but none of the other employee's decided to help either. They were unprofessional! My grandparents had to go to a different T-Mobile, just to get help.

This location is never willing to help! We've been here throughout the years when we've needed a broken phone or lost phone replaced. They always complicate things! Then we immediately go to another TMobile and boom! Our problem is solved within 5 minutes. It seems like this location is only willing to help new customers. Take the easy way out of just getting someone a new phone and contract! They don't want to deal with replacing phones! We shouldn't be treated like this as customers since 2016!!
