Terrible service, the staff lied they said if I change phone companies I would get a free phone and my monthly payments would be $90 dollars a month for both my phone and Internet when I received my bill it was $140 when I asked what happened to the 90 a month they gave me a bunch of bologna, since they lied I switched companies, the so called free phone I had to pay over $400 dollars in order to keep my same phone number this was back in September of 2023 when I switched and we are entering another year and I'm still dealing with T-Mobile is a nightmare

I love T-Mobile my family has been with them for years when it was sprint and T-Mobile bought them out. They helped fix my iPhone 13 Pro Max and then I ended up upgrading to google pixel 8 and I love it. They are very helpful and also very communicative. They helped me step by step to set up my bank and Samsung pay. Excellent customer service.

I’ll stick with another store there’s no excuse of errors made by them they forgot to charge taxes on my iPad I had to come back twice no excuse for errors with reputable brands like T-Mobile

Cole Gilliam definitely made my day. Walked in with a pretty damaged screen protector. Got it replaced in less than 5 minutes and was out the door with a smile on my face! Very friendly gentleman. He double checked to see if I needed any further assistance before leaving. Definitely a satisfied customer!!

We were told we had 2 weeks to see if we were satisfied with our service in 3 days we knew how bad the service was and the phone that we were given we didn't like. So returned them back they checked the phones said everything was good. And we had are service turned off since we we went with Xfinity instead. We'll we kept getting billed even though service was turned off customer service was of no use. Just kept insisting we never turned in the phones even though we had. They still have not refunded us for charging us for 2 months even though only had for 3 days. Will not be coming back.

I was having some issues with my phone, and it got to the point where it wasn't finding/discovering network. I tried to update it and it ended up freezing on the loading screen for the rest of the day. I made some time to head to T-Mobile and Jaime G. approached me for assistance. He took on the task immediately and did a number of different things to troubleshoot the issue. Turned out it was an internal problem with the antenna. I was reminded that I had insurance on my phone so he made an order for it. I'm happy because not only do I get a replacement, it's also one model up. Hoping when I come back for the exchange, it will go just as smoothly. Thanks again for the great customer service, Jaime!

Horrible. I hate that I had to ask so many question and I got absolutely so answers by the sale associate Chris . Didn’t tell me that he had add more to my plan and also didn’t give me the discount for the accessories like he said he would. Not happy at all. And I’ve been having T-Mobile for over 5 year.
