This location is horrible. My family and I walked around the baby aisle and we were looking for a certain diaper brand and grabbed one of the boxes. We noticed that it was torn so we grabbed another one from behind, this white male worker that was putting things away, literally came by huffing and puffing all mad moving things around and started to straighten it out. It's not like we messed it up on purpose or maybe we put it away not to his liking. Then as my family and I split up for just a bit, he started following me, like I was going to steal something. I grabbed some baby items and met up with my sister and we began to walk away and when the same worker accused us of putting things at the wrong place. We looked at him puzzled because I had the things in my cart. So he grabbed whatever he assumed we had on the shelves and said some rude things to us. My sister told him that since it's his job, he can put things away. We just walked away. If he hates his job that much, maybe target isn't the right job for him? What a POS! way to ruin my shopping experience at this location.

Visiting the Target at Blackstone and Bullard was a mixed experience. Most employees were helpful or at least polite if they couldn't help. I mainly visited home areas (cleaning supplies, linens) and groceries. Finished with a yummy Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew from Starbucks. Target app was helpful to find details and answer questions for items I looked up.The upsetting experiences happened outside Target. Even though I spent over $80 in the store, an employee aggressively approached me twice about not loitering while I sat in a wheelchair. Nowhere near the doors and not blocking the walkway. I was afraid he would call the police on me. Since I was stuck waiting for FAX Handy Ride, Fresno ADA Accessibility transportation service, I expected to have to talk to cops if they came before my ride. Based on how I was treated, the message I got was: "Spend money then get the hell off the property." I will always need to wait outside Target for a transit van with a lift to pick me up, so I don't feel welcome to shop here. I left with many negative vibes

So usually Target is always a fun experience and a great place to shop. However occasionally you run across a employee who acts as if she or he is doing you a favor by doing their job and waiting on you. Isn't it true Miss Sabina... that without us customers you would simply have no job ??? You are about the most rude and impolite Target employee I have ever had wait on me. Not just once ... but all 3 times you waited on me were truly completely rude. They really should fire you... and maybe you would be doing us all a favor by finding a job that doesn't deal with people. Because you definitely are not a people person. Maybe frying some burgers in the back room of some food joint would be your real calling. WOW... get your broom and ride right out of Target girl !!!

I have walked by 15 employees none of them stopped to ask if I needed assistance not one made eye contact and said good morning and I'm not talking young people I'm talking a variety of ages. What a waste of employees walking around acting busy! Watched a few just look around move product around on shelves trying to look busy. But if you order stuff online wow the staff moves quick through the stores with purpose.

I normally love target! I have had quite a few bad experiences at this location, but I hit my breaking point today. I was purchasing my items in self check out & a worker named Rita came up to me & said I was "scanning my items wrong" and that I had to use a bag... I only had three items, I did not need a bag. She was standing right behind me watching my every move & kept coming up to me just watching. As I was paying, she accused me of stealing. Like I said: I only had three items. I told her she could check my receipt and search me if she wanted, I hadn't stolen anything. She gave me such a hard time and ruined my day. I will never be returning to this location. I sure hate Karens, but I hate Rita's even more. STAY AWAY

I had placed a pick up order and after driving all the way back home I noticed one of my items was completely off. It looked like the person picking items just looked for the same brand and grabbed the first item they saw. I was very disappointed but I called and spoke to Rita and she was able to hear my concerns and also completely fix the situation plus more. I loved the attention to customer service that was taken by this location to resolve the issue. Thank you.

I have been a Target girl ever since my dad would take my middle sister and I shopping here for our back to school clothes as littles. Afterwards he would treat us to an Icee and popcorn we would share and fight over. However, most Targets do not have our childhood snacks we would enjoy and most replaced them with a Starbucks which I'm not complaining it's crazy how my niece only knows Targets with Starbucks and we young adults remember otherwise.Anywho, as a Shipt Shopper and customer myself I have gotten to know Target really well...the best times to shop, when the fresh produce is out to offer options and when not to go shopping and when to buy certain products during the week. It's interesting from a Personal Shopper from Customer point of view and each time I have difficulty finding something I usually use their Kiosks which is WAY faster than hunting down an employee and efficient. However I do still have to engage with staff and each time the customer service is always stellar. I have NEVER encountered a rude employee at Target which thinking about it is mind blowing. They all appear to happy to be there which is rewarding and makes the shopping experience so much enjoyable!!The store is always organized, smells nice never messy. Employees appear to be working or staying busy. Sometimes too busy as I can't find anyone but I usually manage.Overall I love coming here to shop for others, myself and my family. As always make sure you sign up for their rewards programs as you can get amazing deals!!! Which is nice.Best time to shop is right when the open or anytime before 2 hours before they close. Less people, less wait and you practically have the store to yourself!!Will be coming back to all Targets they never disappoint at all!!

This review is for the young lady in tech. She was so patient and thorough in trying to help the husband and I navigate through purchasing a few high priced products. Didn't catch a name, but we truly appreciate it. Also but a few pride cups at Starbucks and the lady was so cheery and helpful.

I just wanted to say how impressed I've been with the service I've received at the Target on Blackstone and Bullard during this time of Shelter in Place. Compared to every other store I've shopped at during this health crisis, the staff goes above and beyond to make customers feel safe. Baskets are immediately sanitized and spaced out for customers and unlike Walmart the staff actually helps you locate whatever you are looking for. Kuddos to this team!!

I love this target, come here almost everyday! Just live down the street almost! But the older lady that was at returns and exchanges here name was Colleen I believe had glasses older lady, she was very very rude! And not to just to me! But to the 3 other lady's in line! As I was watching her the whole time rolling her eyes at all of us for being in line?!?! It would be a very long review if I gave all details on how her customer service was but it was awful! usually never write reviews but I just had to because I've been coming to this target for awhile and she's the first employee there that just had the worst attitude for now reason.

The Target was very messy and unclean. Came her to get some groceries for the month. Plus Target sent me $5 off for my birthday. Nice surprise. Joys of being a Red Card holder. Lots of savings! Loaded up on groceries and needed supplies for the month. Got everything needed. They always have it all. The worker at the register was very nice and easy to talk to. It was just messy! Felt dirty leaving the place.

Not my favorite location to shop as it's always busy, and it is on the smaller size as far as locations in this city go. There is also another Target less than a mile away that feels safer and cleaner so I tend to avoid this one if I can help it, or if it's during the busier hours of the day. This intersection tends to be super busy and parking is a pain. Once upon a time I believe this was a JCPenney or Montgomery Ward? It's hard to remember when it became Target but i'm glad there's a location close by if the other ones don't have something I need.
