I have been a member of The Bar Method Fresno since 2018 and can honestly say that they are the best. The instructors are kind funny and so attentive. I have never been to a workout class quite like this with such amazing staff! Special shout out to the owner who has created such a fun and inclusive experience for all!

Went with my wife for a contest they were having and had a blast! Everyone was having fun, so helpful, and friendly! Great workout! Great stretch! Totally warmed up and worked out my soar shoulder. Will definitely be back every so often to supplement my normal weight training!
