This is definitely one of the most challenging things I have ever done. My primary trainers (Rhonda and Carlos) are so encouraging and vested in my success that it just makes the hard work easy. Odie is ALWAYS at the front desk with a welcoming 5am smile and is very knowledgeable about all of the products. It has been definitely worth the hard work!

I am really disappointed. I requested a membership cancelation last year because of my sickness. I have not been there for almost two months. Since I called and emailed them for cancelation, they charged me twice. First they charged me $195. Two week after they charged me $165. I kept asking that Veronica to cancel my membership but she requested a letter from my doctor!!! Was this a joke? I canceled my credit cards twice but they come back with different business numbers! I called this type of behavior fraud. This is a scam business obviously because of what that Veronica is doing in there. When you get in you can never get out. Some good instructors they have, however, including Rhonda.

TC Fresno is an amazing place to workout. The trainers are very knowledgeable and amazing, staff are great and always welcome you with a smile and make you feel right at home. It can be a bit intimidating at first but there are members that are friendly and willing to help you. I been at other gyms but by far no gym makes me feel like family like TC fresno does.

I love The Camp! I love getting a full workout but not having to think about it, the trainers guide you and make sure all your muscles get stronger! There’s also a community within this gym, with people who have like minded goals and encourage and motivate you. I’ve been here almost 2 years now and it’s a part of my life now, I can’t imagine not coming here. I’ve never felt this strong before, I’m so so happy! ????

I’ve been coming here since 2017. I absolutely love it! The staff has helped get in the shape I’ve wanted to be especially because I am a fire fighter. They always make you feel welcome and are super encouraging to me even when I don’t want to be there. If you want to be a part of a great community this is the place for you! Also Veronica is the best!!!

Just completed the 6 week hardbody challenge last Friday! I really enjoyed the Camp; the trainers are fantastic - shout out to Rhonda, Carlos and Jose for pulling together some awesome workouts. Everyone here is super friendly and remembers my name even when I don’t use a name tag. My first challenge is over and I met and exceeded my goals. Super happy. I am looking forward to continuing my fitness journey! I feel great. Next challenge for me starts Jan 8! LETS GOOO!

Wow!!!! I just completed my first 6 week challenge. Goal was supposed to be 20lbs in 6 weeks. And due to their awesome program the have set up for challengers, I didn't only lose the required 20lbs.... I was able to lose a total of 40.1 lbs. That's 2 challenges in 1. Huge shout out to the gyms awesome trainers RHONDA TC / CARLOS TC / JOSE TC. Talk about knowing your stuff. 140.1% satisfied.Im getting ready to start my 2nd challenge and even tho I had a week off, I still ended up losing an additional 6 lbs. That's how great this program is.

I stay in touch with my best friends from Nursing School. We have gone through hell together throughout our careers! So, when Nalee brought to us the idea of going to the Camp Transformation Center, I knew she was serious had had gave it much thought. I checked it out and went to a session with her. It kicked my butt, and I was sore for three days! At first, I was hesitant but then reflected on the many times if have tried to lose weight on my own and had failed. So, what the heck? At least this time I have Nalee! I knew that this was going to be a big challenge. Not only because of changing my diet and exercising, being sore, but I was also working full time and started a part time position. I'm still working 60-hour weeks. At the start there was a nutrition class provided to help set us up for success. All questions were answered. The App was very helpful to keep track of my day-to-day needs. It also included a group thread where we can ask questions and help motivate each other. From the beginning Odie and Veronica were very welcoming, checking everyone in and providing education on supplements and the camp in general. Rhonda was always energetic and motivating. She is very thoughtful of everyone and helps you to succeed. One time I was using a kettlebell that was too light and she suggested a heavier one. This helped me greatly to challenge myself thought the workout! Much appreciated. All the trainers including Paul, Carlos, Michale, Jose and Rhonda round the room to help with form and are always motivating everyone to keep going. This is the environment I've been needing to reach my goals! Now down 21 pounds and on to the next challenge! Let's GO!!

I remember waking up in the middle of three night feeling so scared knowing that I could have a heart attack at any moment especially with how much fried and processed food I was eating. I was desperate to make a change, but did not know how to do this. I needed someone to be accountable for. Someone who would check on me, encourage, guide, and help me lose weight, develop good habits and get healthy. I remember seeing an old high school classmate's Facebook post about the transformation camp and she looked amazing! Could this be me too? I looked into the program and was terrified of failing the meal plan. It is a strict meal plan and I barely eat the same meal more than 3xs in a row. I have learned that I ate way too much carbs and not enough lean meats. As an Asian American, my diet of large portions of rice, noodles and oily pork and beef was leading me to severe obesity and illness. I have learned the importance of eating in moderation and regularly to boost my metabolism and the importance of drinking a gallon of water, getting enough sleep, and weight lifting plus cardio in the gym. I have overcome my fear of failing the meal plan. I thought I could never eat the same stuff over and over again, but I actually don't miss the way huge amounts of fried food and carbs would make me feel sick afterwards. The Camp Fresno facility is also in great condition, it's clean, there's fans all around with air condition running. There's so many fun things to play/ exercise with. Monster tires, long heavy hammers, ropes, weighted balls and so many other exercising tools. I am grateful they sell all their proteins/supplements and gears next to the front desk for easy purchase. Thank you so much to all the trainers of Camp Fresno. I appreciate you guys correcting my form so that I don't injure myself while lifting weights. All the staff and the gym members are all very encouraging and helpful. One day I tried a new stretch and did it wrong and it caused me to have pain deep inside my left thigh and I was walking with a limp. I showed up to the gym because I had to hit that 30/30 sessions and I asked Trainer Carlos if he had any advice for me. He suggested using the foam roller and i tried it out and it hit the spot! It was painful but it helped take away the original pain and within 3 days I was able to walk without pain. Thank you Carlos for your advice and for setting up some of the best workout stations. Trainer Rhonda, you are so friendly and funny. I read all of your encouragement posts and it radiates positivity. Thank you! I feel like you sincerely want us to do well and I appreciate you always pumping us up! I also appreciate your form correcting videos. Trainer Michael is super friendly rounding the room with his fist bumps. Makes it feel like we are all a big family/friends. Trainer Jose has the best jokes and I appreciate you looking out for us making sure we have proper stance. Thank you for your form videos too. Odie and Veronica at the front desk are always so welcoming with a friendly smile on their face. Thank you for always sharing your knowledge, giving advice and encouragement. I remember my first day at the gym class I was scanning the room and the wall read: "within these walls your life will change". My eyes got teary and a lump formed in my throat. I was ready to make that change. Are you? 6 weeks later and I am down 23 pounds. I am most grateful for the energy and stamina I have to keep up with my 3 boys! I want to be a good role model for them so they can live a healthy happy life. I want to encourage others to take back control of their lives. I was able to do this with the help of everyone at the Camp Fresno. With a grateful heart, thank you.

Honestly, I had my reservations about boot camp facilities. Growing up as an athlete I always felt like I could handle my workout requirements and dieting on my own and for a while I could. But as I got older, my health slipped and then I decided it was time to do something extra. This place popped up for me and I decided to give it a go. Almost instantly I realized that this was going to be a process that tested me physically and mentally, but also almost instantly I knew I was going to love it. They push you, they know how to make you get results, they're friendly and always positive. I left that place 22 lbs lighter in just 6 weeks and was mentally strengthened to keep my fitness journey going. Honestly couldn't recommend this place enough for those willing to get out of their comfort zone.

I recently did the 6 week hardbody challenge. This is my honest review...I'll start off by saying, you get out what you put in. I went in with a mindset of wanting to win the challenge, which is to lose 5% body fat in 6 weeks. I ended up losing 7.8% which I'm very pleased about. The trainers were all super nice and know what they're doing. Carlos, Michael, Paul, Rhonda and Amy are all on top of it. They push you to do better without being over bearing, which is nice.The hardest part for me was the minimum of 30 classes in the six weeks. That's at least 5 days a week. Again you get what you give though. If you follow a meal plan, commit to your classes and don't stress about it....you'll win your challenge. You'll also want to stay up on your glutamine since you'll definitely be sore throughout this challenge.

I previously did a 20 lb challenge back in 2018 and lost 20.0 lbs. Since then I have had a membership at Planet Fitness and GB3. I felt as if I wasn't reaching my goals and just stagnant in my fitness journey and very inconsistent. The scale was moving up not down! I didn't know how to use any of the gym equipment so would just go to the treadmill and walk, not burning very many calories. Knowing that I was successful with The Camp in the past I wanted to give it another shot as I know its the only thing that works for me. I just successfully completed another 20 lb challenge 5 years after my first! Im down 22.2 lbs and feel great. What makes The Camp different than other gyms is the nutrition plan is provided and all stations in the gym are demonstrated by all the amazing trainers. As long as you follow the plan and give your all in the workouts the weight comes off and you feel stronger mentally and physically. Paul, Rhonda, Michael, and Carlos all keep the classes energetic and create an awesome environment. The front desk staff and Antonio are also are very supportive and encouraging. Im heading into my second challenge and know I will become a member when my challenges are done as it truly is the best gym!
