Went and had my lashes done in two days had big gaps went back for touchup same thing then I was sent to go to Woodward Park staff extremely did touch up again eyelashes falling out I was done I asked for at least half my money back. I spent $149 for Eyelashes. I didn’t even last a week I was told the owner was gonna call me but she never did. I was so disappointed.

First time at the Lash Lounge, and I have deep regrets. When completed, the lashes were falling off after an hour. The business is unprofessional with mediocre beauticians. My eyes were extremely irritated, and the beauticians did not follow through on correcting the lashes and were trying to charge me full price to fix their idiotic mistakes. I recommend not going here, and the lash service is completely trash.

I got my lashes done here and they fell off a few hours later, I wanted to reschedule for them to fix them. They refused to fix them and refused to refund me. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone.

I typically go to either Mindy at River Park or Misty over at Woodward Park location. Both gals are amazing, patient, and just know what I want. The quality of lashes is amazing. I enjoy my lash naps, comfortable tables, and their work. It's sooo good. I love having a choice of multiple locations so if one is booked i have another option. With the same owner, I know products won't be different. The lash retention is awesome!

Absolutely LOVE the Lash Lounge. I’ve been coming here since it opened and the quality and customer service has only gotten better each and every time. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. And they’re always able to adapt to my schedule

Most important, The atmosphere is so bright, professional and clean! Kimberly is my tech and she is amazzzzzing! My lashes stay, look so good and I love how she takes her time. You can tell that she genuinely cares!! I’ve recommend The Lash lounge to people. I believe you get what you pay for and you are definitely getting your moneys worth
