Established in 2020. The Meat Up is a family owned butcher and deli with deep roots in both the meat industry and our hometown of Fresno. Our family started in the meat business in 1954 and we’ve been serving local restaurants and retailers with fresh cut steaks, ground beef and hamburger patties ever since. We are honored to continue this tradition with our brand-new neighborhood store on the corner of Herndon and Marks in Northwest Fresno. Our goal is to provide consistently high quality meat to our friends and neighbors. We are so excited to serve our community and look forward to sharing what we love with all of you.
