I’ve been wanting to try their sandwiches and boy, oh boy, it was DELICIOUS! On Fridays, their special is the pastrami sandwich, and it was to die for, so, so, good! My new place to purchase quality meat. Their customer service is above and beyond anything I've experienced in any other store. They have a great selection of high quality meat. I purchase steaks here for grilling and the product is better than I can purchase at any of the meat stores that I've been to.

The Meat Up is a family owned butcher and deli with deep roots in both the meat industry and our hometown of Fresno. Our family started in the meat business in 1954 and we’ve been serving local restaurants and retailers with fresh cut steaks, ground beef and hamburger patties ever since. We are honored to continue this tradition with our brand-new neighborhood store on the corner of Herndon and Marks in Northwest Fresno.
