Saw Dr Houston and got labs done downstairs. The Doctor seems insightful. The lab service downstairs was good. A little difficult getting them on the phone—always an answering machine and phone tag—or I’d give 5 stars.

Yesterday I had an amazing meeting with the dietician. It was so helpful and I feel I have a much better understanding of CKD dietary requirements so that my kidney function can hopefully remain stable. I think many others could benefit from her guidance.
