They tried to pull the ol' "Going out of Business Sale!" scam and I despise businesses that do that. If you want to lie to the community to get business, you don't deserve to be in business at all.

The lady was nice but not much to chose from and I thought they were overpriced and it was really annoying as soon as I walked in the older lady that was worki6kept following me around like a little puppy dog. I don't like people hovering over me especially since the store was so small so it's not like if I had a question I wouldn't be able to find her

Apparently something has changed since a lot of these negative reviews. I was in this store last weekend based on our landscaping designer’s recommendation. She purchased their furniture (not sure how long ago) and is very pleased with their purchase. She said the quality couldn’t be compared to the big chain stores selection but it was expensive. She did say it wasn’t cheap. As I entered the store, Mike greeted me immediately with a smile asked what brought me in and how I heard about them. He was very helpful and informative and walked me through the different features and styles of the sets I was looking at and put no pressure on me. I did not buy on that day but he gave me his card and a catalog of the furniture I had looked at and thanked me for coming by. I returned today ( a week later) with my husband and we we were greeted by Mike with another friendly welcome. I’m sure the inventory situation is much better than what it was during COVID where the negative complaints were given. We were all frustrated at that time. But I wanted to give this review to let others who may be considering this store as an option that we had a very pleasant experience. In fact, we left there to go check on a barbeque island we had made at a local store and had one of the worst customer service experience we’ve had in years. The two extremes made it very clear who was handling their business correctly. We have our own business and although we don’t sell to the public, we take great pride in our team which have always treated our customers with the utmost respect. So I understand the important aspects of running a good business and it’s all about the customer service.

I am very happy with my outdoor furniture! Originally there was some confusion with the delivery but the Patio Place was able to get it to me just when I needed it.

This store is actually really cool. It has everything you'd need for a patio. The furniture was beautiful and the fabric looks durable. I however don't appreciate someone following me around the store yapping in my ear the entire time. I felt like I was bombarded by a car salesman. I didn't even get to look at everything because she had me all figured out In the first 5 minutes. On average you'll spend $6k-$15,000 here. Sorry but not for me.

Mike with The Patio Place was THE best in helping me with an issue. I was not even a customer and lived in Oregon (where we no longer have a dealer for this manufacturer)! He dealt with the manufacturer, sent in my problem unit & did regular follow-ups until the problem was resolved! Thank you Mike and The Patio Place! Your service was exceptional and I am very appreciative of your time and patience.

Nightmare of an experience. They have no power or control over their suppliers, which I understand, but what is sad is they have no sense of responsibility to update or inform their customers when orders are delayed, or cannot be fulfilled. We've waited 6 months for something that was suppose to be ready in 2 and 1/2 months. I am not the easiest person to work with, I admit that, but I have to call every month to ask for an update. The employees there say it's not their responsibility to call me monthly and tell me they have no updates or line of sight to when my order will be fulfilled. Probably the worse customer service experience I've had, and I spent $4000 dollars. I was going to spend all $24,000 that I budgeted on fully furnishing my backyard, thankful that I decided to spend $20,000 with restoration hardware, because they were great, and the furniture is amazing. SERIOUSLY SERIOUSLY consider when deciding if you want to do business with these guys.

I'm looking at the internet to see where to get patio furniture. I'm about to go to this place. Until I read all the bad reviews. I get a kick out of reading them and laughing all along on how pathetic this place is. They (all staff) apparently have an attitude problem. So, I'm deciding not to come in.

We were in the market for patio furniture and we were told to check out The Patio Place. Within minutes we found exactly what we were looking for. Jacque helped us find everything we needed. She was very friendly and helpful. Five days later it was delivered by Hector and Victor and they were awesome. They placed the furniture right were we wanted it and showed us how to use the fire pit feature. When they were all done they cleaned up all the plastic bags and took them away. All around a great experience.

Rude (Karen,) lady, not helpful, made my husband and I feel like we were poor Mexicans!! We purchased a umbrella from the Visalia store never again! Bye!!

Rude not welcoming at all followed and watched like a hawk . Cant believe they can even keep their doors open with obviously social issue problem they have at that store. There was no confrontation just complete rudeness from older man there.

Placed order and was told 6/8 weeks. Called back in 10 weeks and still no product. When I questioned delivery with young lady, the rude manager says loudly in the background ”just tell her we willCall her when it’s here”. Now they are stating it’s another week til it’s shipped to warehouse. They said they left me a message........No they did not. They have my number as it is clearly stated on the invoice !Save yourself the grief and shop elsewhere.
