I went in today with my friends just to look and buy some things and there was this employee that interrupted our conversation which was very disrespectful and kept asking oh what are you doing today ? We just said shopping and just to see what we can find for today and he kept getting in my face when I kept backing up he kept invading my space. Like chill out not just that when I was looking at sunglasses he kept looking at me heka weird?! I don’t know this employee made me feel uncomfortable. And he treated my friend disrespectful when he asked if there was restrooms. He told him “ no not here go check Ulta Beauty bro “ in a rude voice he sounded bothered. I didn’t get his name but he was tall big and somewhat fat. He had like a biggo fake smile. Did not like the experience at all

Very discriminatory towards customers. A black family came in and the staff basically surrounded them and customer services them. They didn't even look yet and the staff wouldn't even let them breath. Another employee assumed that I wouldn't be able to afford a pair of shoes, he told me as if saying "sorry they're expensive". They didn't have my size and I knew another location could have them. But their attitudes and work ethic didnt make me want to spend money there. No wonder they are never busy.

Tilly's was on my Grandson's birthday wish list, so I headed there the other day to purchase a gift card. It was mid afternoon on a weekday, so they weren't busy. There were two employees behind the counter, helping customers. The girl at the first register was chatting with a lady for several minutes and the guy at the last register was just finishing with his customer. I was careful to social distance, had on my mask and was standing by a marker on the floor. After a bit, the girl at the first register asked me if I needed help. If so, she went on to say, I was not standing where I should be standing. She told me I needed to walk around display stands and stand by the OTHER floor markings. Excuse me, folks, it was this Grandma's first visit to Tilly's. So I walked around the little displays and took up a perch on the OTHER floor markings just as the nice gentleman told me could help me as soon as he sanitized his register area. I purchased a gift card and was on my way a few minutes later. Meanwhile the girl at register one was still standing there chatting it up with the same lady as before I walked in. My point? I guess, just speak nicely to people, we may not all be in our element when entering an establishment. And thank you girl, for making me feel like a complete freaking idiot when it comes to social distancing markers on the floor at your store.
