Florence does great work! I'll say it again... Florence does great work! For yrs My sisters hair has been on point. So when it came time for my daughter who is biracial to get her hair done I asked my sis where she gets her hair done and Timeless Beauty Salon & Spa was recommended. Florence in particular. It's been a few months now for my daughter going here and there hasn't been one miss. From booking appointments to the outcome of the hair style it's been nothing short of professionalism and phenomenal work. I definitely recommend Timeless Beauty Salon & Spa.

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to for this one. My daughter was begging me for months to make this appointment as she saw from one of her friends and constantly showing me her art online and I finally agreed for thanksgiving it was fine. She finally slipped in her bookings for an appointment and was very anxious about all the policies on her website but when we got there she was running a bit behind which is understandable. She received the Gel X tips service and her services were around 50 dollars. She was very satisfied with the nails when we left but just a few days later one of her nails started prying off which hasn’t happened to her in any of her previous sets. I told my daughter to immediately contact Mikaela and she responded very welcoming to come back for a repair which was appreciated. Due to the commute we couldn’t immediately coordinate but the following morning my daughter contacted her asking what time we can come in to avoid interrupting an appointment. She responded later that night explaining she was busy and my daughter tried several times times to send her a message and get in contact as her nails progressively came off in a matter of almost less than a week after her service. After four attempts and pictures of her nails sent Mikaela responded with contradicting saying she is too busy to squeeze in a repair and it needs to be booked as well as saying the nails were removed by force but in the picture only one appeared damaged. Long story short the conversations ended by Mikaela saying she doesn’t guarantee any of her work as 50% is client care and offered 10$ off of her next set although all the nails came off in almost less than week. Very unfortunate.

Absolutely the best experience in Fresno! Florence is patient, professional and talented. Mikaela is an amazing artist. She givrs specialzed nail art, that rivals tthe best. Ladies thank you for the wonderful experience and style that has all my friends envious

Teri is awesome she is a dread loc master. She starts them styles them and does all upkeep and maintenance. If you need help with your locs she is Fresno's go to loc stylists. She also does other styles.
