I recently got my fridge on June 12th and it has literally been 2 weeks and it is not cooling anymore. I called home depo to return the item since I do NOT need a FAULTY item. Unfortunately they have a stupid policy of a 2-day window to return the fridge, my guess is that whirlpool sucks and doesn't work long enough for them to do a normal 30 day policy. The manufacturer is just as bad since they wont even accept the fridge back, but they will charge you $175 to service it. R.I.P my poor food. DONT BUY WHIRLPOOL home depo sucks and so does the manufacture they sell FAULTY ITEMS and give you no way of returning it.

My friend and I went in looking to price dishwashers and nobody offered to help us, despite several employees standing around. In fact, there were 3 employees with one customer, which is a bit ridiculous. We meandered around the store for a bit and checked out some other things we needed, but ultimately left without making a purchase. The customer service needs improvement. It would have been nice if someone had offered to assist us in finding what we were looking for, or at least acknowledged our presence in the store. Overall, I was disappointed with our visit to this Home Depot and it will make me think twice about returning for any future home improvement needs.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. workers are extremely unprofessional and make customers uncomfortable with their lack of professionalism. It is one thing to be friendly especially working in a retail store/customer service position, but it is a whole other to try to cross lines with customers who are with their significant other. extremely disappointed and will not return. Especially when it came from a customer experience manager herself.

I stood in line at the only register open to pay for my items. The girl working was to busy socializing with her coworker. When she started helping the customer in front of me she was taking forever trying to find the price of an item. Instead of calling for assistance she kept trying to figure it out on a hand held device. I finally got upset and left. They need more registers open and people that want to work.

Horrible service! Completely gutting out a rental home. Home Depot is conveniently located near the property so it was a plus. We simply needed to purchase an entry door, nothing special, it was just located on the top rack, asked for assistance & worker stated he'd call someone. 15 mins later nothing! Found him again and asked him again & he said we should try getting in line at customer service, 6 people in that line. Saw another worker & asked for assistance & he acted like I was bothering him. Made a call on phone and walked away. Walked back up to him and asked him if someone will be coming to help us and I kid you not he said he didnt know so I asked him what should I do to get that door down. He said he had no clue and walked away. Left the store and will never return. Lowe's is across town but I won't spend 40 minutes there and literally accomplish nothing. Home Depot just lost thousands in profit because they hire people who don't actually work. They have the Home Depot apron but no ones actually there to help you. Staff treats customers like garbage!

Location on Kingscanyon and Chestnut/Willow. Over heard An Older employee in an electric scooter being rude to a Mexican customer because he couldn't understand him due to his strong accent. The customer was being cooperative and explaining as well as he can (and I don't speak Spanish but was able to understand what he was trying to explai) and the employee in the scooter got Pissed and seem to not have to patience to help him. It was totally unacceptable and inappropriate he's obviously old enough from right and wrong and that was wrong. he should hang it up already dudes in a wheelchair for god sakes he obviously hates minorities from what I seen it wasn't your normal "having a bad day kinda attitude" it was more of a "If you cant speak English right I got no time to be helping you" kind o attitude.

Poor customer services... shows items in stock, only to be told in store by multiple workers, that it arrived in stock month ago, but still somewhere on a pallet, they would need to look for it, but not now. They tell me to come back next week... following week, same story... worst service ever. Go either to the clovis location or Lowe's..this home depot is Ghetto!!

I never leave Yelps but the old guy in electrical is a j**** I waited 30 minutes for him to cut a little wire for me just for the guy to be an a******* All I did is point at the wire I wanted and he told me "YOU DON'T THINK I KNOW IM DOING". He did seem to be struggling but I don't feel like I did anything to piss him off. I left without getting what I needed. Just an FYI

All the workers are nice and positive I see to many stupid negative reviews from customers that clearly say they have done wrong too the workers for doing their job or not knowing all the tools, they have to deal with rude customers majority of the time they should be able to refuse service too all the rude customers it ain't right for workers that just go to do their jobs to make a living and have someone go and call them useless and throw a tantrum because a worker couldn't show up fast enough or doesn't know each item in the entire store

This home depot has to be the most unhelpful of all the home depots in town. The employees have no knowledge of any of the products in the store. Usually they also refuse to help and continue to page people over and over again passing the buck to the next guy. This store is always out of anything you need. Even if the app tells you they have 400 in stock, they generally have 0 on the shelf. When you go to another home depot and thank them for helping because the one closest to your house is horrible, they understand and acknowledge because they have heard that comment a lot. All of the stores are aware of how the Kings Canyon store is run. I am unclear why nothing is done to fix it. My most recent experience was where the employee double charged me for an item. I used a gift card to purchase and then she voided the item, rather than refunding it. The double balance was still deducted from my gift card and spent over an hour there arguing for the money back. It took numerous employees, supervisors and managers to figure this out. This seems like a simple fix any store should have been able to handle.

There's never anyone in lumber. Tf is the point of having a lumber department if they never show up? Cashier called him more than 3 times and he's no no where to be found. Shittiest service out of all of them. Come to find out all of them took lunch together, how so damn unprofessional.

Wanted to run in and out, so I couldn't be bothered to be lost for long. I asked a gal where the items were and she was very friendly and detailed with her directions on which aisle, which side, and where along the items were. Unfortunately, for tension rods and curtain hooks, the options were far and few. Upon self-checkout, there were employees actively directing the line. They were also helpful with coupon usage and how to ring it up.

My parents experienced racial discrimination by Jerry who is a supervisor in the hardware department. Rude and very unprofessional.
