“This is the best service shop I have been to in my 7 years as a truck driver and year and 3 months in drive away. I arrived by tow truck with a Ryder unit at midnight (Ryder Fresno CA). The on call service tech Jeff came to meet me at 1am to diagnose the issue so they could be proactive in the morning. When I woke up the next day it was Jeff bright and early knocking on the truck door and ready to go.
What I thought was a transmission issue turned out to be a derate because of a broken DEF sensor. They replaced the sensor but figured out the Derate was actually caused by an electrical issue. I was on the way for time with my family after this load and they let me know promptly that about the electrical issue. At this point I had contacted my company and was filling out the breakdown paperwork when the manager came up and let me know Jeff found and fixed the electrical short and I was good to go!
I couldn’t believe it!!! I haven’t seen this caliber of service for years, since techs have become more reluctant to do roadside repairs (understandably due to the danger). When I got towed here I expected delays. But what we got was diligent service. Jeff stayed with the job until the job was complete. My dispatcher was so surprised as well. We’ve never had a service department work so diligently to fix an issue before.
Not only that: when I hopped in the unit to go to the Ryder fuel island Jeff had already filled it up!!!!

“It was Great, I showed up, they had the truck ready and then Rigo Torres said to his guy " My man, there is no Gas in this Truck?".... so Rigo Torres asked politely, cause Rigo respects his fellow Workers so he asked if the guy could possible go and procure some Gas.... I swear, uhaul would just point to the nearest gas station and call it Petrol... Go see my Guy Rigo, he will 100% Help you out... He is the best.... Employee of The month I say!!”

“6 months ago I rented a truck. I had the truck for 3 days and wasn't charged the extra day. Chris, the owner just charged me the mileage and threw in the extra day. I was confused and gave them an unsavory rating, but I was TOTALLY wrong! The staff were fast and courteous and I wanted to let them know that I didn't forget what they did for me. I strongly recommend this store! I couldn't take back my rating on their website, but I'm here and want to say THANK YOU!”

“My wife spent over a week planning the U-Haul experience and we thought that we were going to be able to pick up our U-Haul at 8: 00am but, the guy that set us up with that deal forgot to send us the lockbox code and so that was frustrating. But then, my wife called U-Haul support and the lovely lady on the other end was able to turn our experience around and get us another U-Haul truck of the same variety and that was very helpful. It ended up taking until 9:30 a.m., but that wasn't the young lady's fault, simply the fault of the satellite store. So, overall I'm giving this experience a five-star due to the fact that U-Haul customer service is 100% on their a-game and shouldn't have to pay for one man's mistake.”

“I was doing a local move and the truck worked fine - it was clean and solid. The checkout and check-in processes were extremely easy. The truck I had rented engine light came on when I was actually on my way to return the truck - so I just went ahead and took it and let them know. Overall great renting experience with this particular Uhaul facility. Staff were all friendly and helpful.”
“Raymond and Gina are an amazing couple and professional as can be. They were kind, accommodating and understanding when I ran a bit late to return the truck. They even gave me an ice cold water when I finally arrived. I put extra gas in the rental truck to pay it forward to the next renter. Best Uhaul service in town.”
“I bought my tires from the big tire store down the street. A couple of years later one of my tires had a slow leak, it had a nail in it, the big store guy told me they couldn't repair the tire that I needed a new tire so I took my truck to Medinas, and they repaired the " un repairable" tire and is still good. I recommend this place .”
“Great place to rent a U-haul, trucks come with the tank full of gas so no guessing when refueling. The Guy who was there was very nice and intelligent. He estimated my miles from just my address and location of storage down to the very mile just in his head. Very happy, definitely going back instead of the last place I used.”

“Not bad. Had a few hiccups but they were all corrected. Just make sure you confirm the mileage written on the paper, fuel actually in the tank to paper, and that they got your contact info correct and everything will be smooth. They dont mind usually if your time ends up being more just call and inform. Very understanding. Use u-haul for all my moving needs.”
