I always come to this location because it is always service with a smile. The gentlemen there always go above and beyond to make my experience excellent. I recommend U-Haul but in Fresno, CA this is the only location I support.

This is now my favorite Uhaul location in Fresno. I rented a Uhaul truck for overnight. Both days I got superb customer service from the gentlemen that work at this location. Super appreciative of rep Isaac as he quickly attended to me at turn in!

This location doesn't accept cash even though the 800 number assured me they did. There was only 1 guy working and a big line. They were busy and only 1 person was in the office to help customers. They didn't have everything I needed so I had to use some of my miles to go to a different location for the remainder of my order.

Straight garbage owners and workers. Reserved a tow dolly and was told that all turn signals and brake light doesn't work on the dolly. That's not my vehicles fault. Owner verbally started attacking me. Read my review on Yelp, owner was trying hard to rip a customer off.

This place doesn't deserve a star. I reserved a tow dolly the night before. I get there when they open. The owner checked me in for my reservation and we walked out to hook up the tow dolly. Right when we walked out he tells me to back up my truck then tells me to wait because my tow dolly is in the back of the other 5 that were there. (In my head I'm thinking how do you know exactly which dolly is for me without going up to it to find the one that is reserved for me. Meaning the dolly number on my receipt.) Then he hooks it up and tells me to turn on my blinkers and to also step on my brake. He shakes his head and tells me that the dolly doesn't work and that there's something wrong with my truck. I told him that I recently rented from him and I tow my boat, now tell me what's wrong again. The owner got heated and started making up stuff like, this truck are know to have this issue and you need to flip the fuse around. Then I told him, hook up another one and let me check. The owner excuse was that those tow dollies are for out of town only and that I rented for in town. False advertising there already. The owner didn't want to help and since he was pissed that he couldn't rip a customer off, I told him to refund my money back. Then as I got home, I get a call that I missed my reservation and if I would like to reschedule. How stupid can U-Haul be. The owner looks like Satan sits on his shoulders every night, while he chews on his finger nails.

The people here at the kings location are great (especially the guy with the long hair). They can get REALLY busy at times with long lines on Friday's nights but still are cool people. Every time I need a motorcycle trailer I come here and also for propane full ups. I never order ahead and they always have stock! But to be fair I don't think people get the motorcycle all that much but idk.

I'm just going to assume like everything else in the area customer service is some MID. I have never had a bad experience with U-Haul before and its crazy how the store location are all ran differently. When I moved and needed to get into my storage container it was always something about not communicating with the customer service rep and the staff just being lazy and not wanting to do there job. I moved out the storage unit to find out they never keyed me out he system and kept charging me for months. The staff at this location are truly trifling lazy and same goes for the GM for allowing this to continue.

U-haul should be smooth. I called to find a 26' as close as possible to my point A. They found me a decent place on my way to point A. The next day I got a call that they don't have a truck after all and is going to move me to another, way out of the way. She said there were going to comp me mileage and give a a free day. I go pick up and the guy treated me like I was a nobody off the streets because they didn't put it in my notes. That was my second slap in the face from u-haul. Try to call the store to where I got it to ask a simple question before returning the truck and I keep getting customer service that wouldn't let me talk and then hung up on me. I get to finally make a complaint an 1.5 hours later. That's when a manager named Christian said he was going to give me $50 as it was the truck guarantee that my truck was not at the place I originally ordered from and mileage down to $.99 per AND he said on the phone it was his day off but he will wait for me to close the ticket. This other guy Named Chris said he went home and gave him the details. I'd the GM said he was going to wait and not there. Chris said he was Christians brother, he still charged me and not give me that $50 back. FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE ACTUAL SITE OF PICK UP, there was more lies thrown at me that any company ever. Penske, sorry I turned my back on the best company out there. At least your customer service is great and truck engine lights are off. U-haul should be in shame for what they do. I wish I can put all the bad experience but there is not enough room.
