ABF trailers utilized by U-Pack team are fantastic!! Highly recommended if you are moving your home cross-country and want to save significant $$$ on the move. Just reserve dates online on the U-pack website and call the U-pack # to discuss next steps with them.

Excellent ... dropped off a trailer in Visalia , we packed it .. ugh .. delivered to Dallas.. then we were able to easily coordinate delivery.. Got there same day as we did... We used their references to have it unloaded... Well worth it ... 3 men , 2 hours done ! I will recommend them for sure !

My family recently relocated from FL to CA and everything was a BREEZE using UPACK. I have made the cross country move 3 times now, not to mention several state moves and this by far was the easiest and cheapest route we have ever gone. It was so easy to reserve, customer service was amazing and answered my questions with efficiency. My truck was delivered on the day we discussed, picked up, and then redelivered to my new location exactly on the day I needed. I can’t even get over how simple and cost effective everything was.

Thanks to the FB Leaving CA page I chose to go with U-Pack for our move. Read so many horror stories from others but glowing reviews about U-Pack. They were professional, courteous, punctual and very, very friendly. It was a pleasure working with them from Fresno to Tyler/Lufkin, Texas. Thank you U-Pack!

I will never move the same way again! U-pack was amazing with having the unit at my initial location on time and I loaded it up, they extended the time I had it to give me extra time to pack up my things and had it delivered on time when they said they would. Couldn’t be happier and every service person I spoke with was kind, courteous, and knew exactly how to help and answer my questions! Thank you!

Help me and my family through the whole process from California to Holmen Wisconsin. I like that I could track my belongings throughout start to finish. I would use again. A little expensive though.

The teams in California and North Carolina were amazing. My husband and I have moved across the country at least 5 times and along the east coast 3 times. Using ABF/U-PACK was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience we have ever encountered. Easy to reserve, everything was clearly explained, great communication and when I failed to reserve on the correct date they were able to immediately rectify my mistake. They were also the most reasonable financially. If you want economical, no drama moving, U-PACK is the only way to go. I can't thank them enough!

I moved from CA to TX - Everything was simple, efficient and quick. Since they dropped the container at origin until the final delivery at my new place in TX. Logistic worked pretty good. Just a little misunderstanding when they dropped off , driver stated that I have an unpaid invoice ( 1 month storage $150), he received a phone call from office, so unless I pay it right away he will loaded back on truck again and take back to the yard ( wherever they keep in Houston) Well happens that I never received such an invoice so how I should know right? However , I pay it immediately and I was able to get me going . Totally recommend it.

We used U-Pack to move from Ca to Tx. The whole process was fairly stress free. They delivered the trailer, we loaded it, they picked it up and delivered to our new address ahead of schedule. Every time I called with a question they were quick to answer and always friendly. The cost was very reasonable when compared to other companies offering the same services. I would use this company again and will recommend to others I know who are moving.

Love U-Pack! Their customer service was excellent. I had to change my moving date twice due to delayed closing of my home. They were patient and changed the date with ease, no questions, hassles or price increase. U-Pack also had the lowest price. Their drivers were really friendly and courteous. I won't hesitate to hire them again.

With all the horror stories I heard about moving companies. I was hesitant to try anyone. But I had heard so many good reviews about U-Pack. I made a reservation of June 30th because that's literally all they had. Even though I needed a truck for June 10. But they suggested I call back once or twice a week. Maybe someone would cancel or switch there reservation. Great suggestion on there part Which I did. Took 2 weeks but was able to get a new reservation June 16th. Worked out great!! They dropped off the 16th Thurs and picked up Monday 20th. Did not have any problems. Drop off only took until that Saturday. So we were only without our things for 1 night. I was surprised how fast they got there. There were a few broken things. Nothing major. Just a few pictures and a few scratches. But ultimately that's on us because we packed it. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you U-Pack for not ending up a horror story lol.

This is my second time using Upack, let me say both times have been great easy and smooth! They make it so much easier and you’re able to track the trailer. Anytime I had a question they were pleased to help! I def recommend them!!!!! Better price than many out there as well!
