I request a towing due to a blown out tire my car is lowered 5" from the ground. Needless to say not every towing services would have accommodated my necessities. This guy came prepared with all the equipment needed. The customer service was excellent (he even text me to check where he was and how long was going to take him) And yes It took some time but no more than 30-40 min which from last experience is not long (is not like the towing truck is around the corner from where you needed ) to me quality service, cost, and services was well bellow than other companies.

Exceptional service from start to finish! U.S. Towing came to my rescue when my car battery died unexpectedly. The technician arrived promptly, jump-started my car efficiently, and even provided helpful tips to prevent future issues. A lifesaver indeed!

We got stuck on i5 called AAA they took over 3 hours and the driver never showed. Called these guys and they showed up in 1hr and got our tire changed for us. Great service highly highly recommend.

My passenger right front tire blew out , I was on the 99 south, when I pulled over there wasn't enough room, there was a brick wall and the park wasn't big enough, I was close to the highway. Yaseen was the tow truck driver, it didn't take him long to get there, I am as scared with all the traffic going by so fast and it was loud. Yaseen was professional, kind and very experienced. He got my car up to pull to safety to change my tire. I was afraid for him being so close to the street with on coming traffic. He was quick and thorough on what he was doing in no time. We were at 7-Eleven in an area where he could change the tire. Yaseen was friendly and very kind, He did an awesome job, he even gave me pointers on driving on a spare, and how fast to go and be safe. I would recommend this company to everyone, and hopefully you get Yaseen if you are in a panic situation like I was. Thank you Yaseen. God bless youServices: Car towing

U.S. Towing did a great job towing my classic car with care. They fit me in quickly and Yaseen was an amazingly skilled driver when trying to get her back in her rightful spot. Unbelievable. I'm up in Shaver Lake with a flat tire and Tesla Service contracted US Towing and was quoted 90 minute ETA at 7:50 am. I checked in after an hour and was told he was on his way and it would be 10am. At 10:20 I check in and am told by Tesla US Towing claims their truck broke down. Mmhmm. Right. So had to find another company and start the two hour clock over again. Thanks. Do NOT let your provider select these guys.

They were very helpful and trusting and respectful. They referred me to their worker named Jessie. He was a very respectful, and polite person and came out very fast to help. He Talked while he easily completed the job safely and securely opening my door to retrieve my keys. Was less than 10 mins with a cheap price. Great work!! My insurance company provided this towing company to provide services to me. Apparently there was no communication between the insurance company and them. When I reached out to the owner he wasn't cooperative answering my questions even after still trying to pay out of pocket. And then made illicit comments while on the phone about his genitals to me. Also saying that it was my fault my insurance company screwed me over.
