Jordan was super helpful and honestly made my experience amazing! I’m not someone who usually spends much on makeup, but he introduced me to IT Cosmetics and convinced me to give it a try. I’m so glad I did because I finally found the perfect shade of foundation for me! He even took the time to do a foundation match for me, and even provided tips here and there for applying my foundation. You can really tell he knows what he’s talking about and genuinely wants to help. Thank you so much! Will be coming back here for my makeup needs in the future.

Noticed that my skin started to get irritated. I couldn’t figure out why. Two months after using their Lancôme foundation, a sticker behind the bottle comes off and I find out that Ulta sold me an expired foundation and they covered the original expiration date with a new one. Don’t bother making an appointment online for a haircut. I scheduled an appointment with Janaiya for haircut many days in advance, only to get a phone call 1 hour prior to appt saying she’s “fully booked” and to “come back tomorrow”. A courtesy phone call few days in advance would have been more professional. What’s the point of making an appointment days in advance? No one checked or called ahead to confirm. I had confirmed the day already on the automated text message system. Clearly that was a waste of time and effort. Just lost a customer. Will be going somewhere else with better customer service.

Horrible place. People that go to school for cutting hair should know how to cut hair properly or should go back to school for hair and pay attention. $225 for a messed up haircut!? And no random person of the street should be hired to cut hair and use people as practice to mess up their hair. Unacceptable. That’s why the world is the way it is. People go to work to do nothing or nothing right.

I literally just left this location without purchasing for the simple fact that I walked around the perfume section for nearly 10 mins and not one person came up to me. I went in with the intentions of buying one if not more bottles of perfume but wanted to smell them prior and everything was locked up (which I had expected since it’s common). However, what isn’t common at the Clovis & Herndon & 99 location is quite literally no one coming up to talk to me.

When we checked out cyrus was very nice and helped us use our multiple gift cards and helped us purchase something online that they did not have in stalk, they were super helpful when i asked them to check for something in the back, i love ulta and the workers very much!!!! LOVE YOU ULTA!!! ❤️

Visited the store today, I was specifically looking for 3 things...Anua skincare line, Paul Mitchell leave-in conditioner (big bottle), and wanting to know about eyebrow tinting.No one knew what i was talking about, the young lady wearing all white (white skirt, top, hat, heavier set) offered a solution for not having the PM leave in (big bottle in stock)and informed me that the California ultas no longer do eyebrow tinting, the skincare product that i was looking for was online only. So, everything that i was interested in was unavailable at that moment, and to be fair, these situations were kind of out of their control...So, I decided to just stick around and browse, and the staff asked me a good amount of times if I had found what I was looking for, I'm not sure if it was because they were getting ready to close soon, or if it was because they thought I was a thief. I was dressed regular and down, however, none of the staff looked glamours, even though a few of them were trying i was greeted when I walked in, and staff did ask me if I needed help. I didn't m a ke a purchase, because 1) what i was looking for was not available and 2) I ran out of time.
