I booked a brow lamination and shaping appointment with Vanessa, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She did an amazing job — my brows look so clean, lifted, and perfectly shaped. Vanessa was not only professional and skilled, but also incredibly kind and easy to talk to. She made the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxing. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. Highly recommend booking with her if you want brows that look fresh and flawless! 💖

One of the sales person lady named ANA was very rude when trying to reach something from where I was standing. I’m actually an Ulta employee and worked as a sales person. I overheard her saying to a Hispanic customer saying “this is very cheap” I don’t think those are the right words to say. Anyways Ulta should hire better sales people with manners.

Love coming to this store, the ladies are always so sweet. Today I was helped by Savvy and she actually remembered me from my last visit and she helped me get the best lip scrub and lip mask. Thank you girl!<3

I was in the store for about 20 minutes at the most. Looking at all the different perfumes, I kind of like knew what I wanted, but I was never approached by anyone. No one never ask me if I needed any help. But I did hear employee asked another customer in the store who was a row over from me did she find everything that she was looking for, I was there way before she was and even after I heard her ask the customer, is there anything that I can help you with she still never approached me until she went and got some keys to come back and I was walking toward her she asked me, can I help you find anything? I told her that I needed some perfume. I wanted to buy, she said. Well, let me help this other customer. Well, you should have came to me in the first place. Because I was there, first. That was very rude. Very bad customer service, and I was about to ready to spend $300 in there. So for that, I just walked out the door they never gotta worry about me again, once you do me wrong, you never get a chance to do it to me again, I don't give second chances.

Horrible experience went to get perfume as gifts. The employees were so rude to show the perfume because they were all in lock .there’s no testers out to check I don’t want to buy perfume which I don’t know the smell. So I bought the perfume I already knew the smell. Because I was in need to get one. never going back to this location very rude staff.

Horrible experience , I booked for a full glam appointment and blow dry who’s was timed 1 hr on the site I booked them for yesterday , they couldn’t even do a makeup services , the stylist was super generous but she had no help they provided no supply no brushes , my makeup was done super bad making me look black and dark it was wedding at-lest they could have done better job providing that it is a high end makeup chain , moreover it took. Them 3 hours I was late for my wedding event , on the they felt bad give me 2 $ discount , will never ever book this place again , the manager at lest could help her stylist providing the stuff she needs for makeup

The workers were not helpful waited over 20 min. For someone to help me open the cologne area they kept saying give them a second and they kept helping others after I was there before, I left with no help didn’t even get what I needed.
