B**** on the phone will take my card payment on an auto loan under my husband’s name but won’t give me the balance on the account… even after he’s added me on the account several times. I swear, you really can’t fix stupid!!

Nice people friendly helpful. Hours are are horrible. They take every holiday off, and they're not open on weekends.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEThis lady Toni or Tonya, was absolutely horrible when trying to talk to her. When discussing charges she was so rude and unhelpful. Saying they couldn't see money pending in but we're able to see charges pending. Which in that by it self is sketchy. She said she sees what we see online but online showed the pending money coming IN. But to her it was invisible. She refused to transfer us to a manager for her rude behavior and attitude. And on the phone told us to come in with some sort of fighting attitude like she wanted to fight us PHYSICALLY. What was a simple call turned into some sort of fight.Honestly don't bank with them if their CUSTOMER SERVICE, the front line people to help us financially want to pick fights. The experience with them has absolutely declined over the years. And needless to say this account will be closed as of tomorrow because of the horrible experience with Toni. I'm sure the rest of the staff are great but you can't really get passed this lady.

do not do business with this bank, I had to dispute over a overcharges, and overdraft Fees. I was given a paper to fill out. I completed form, and the bank manger or what ever her title there gave looks and signs to the teller to basically shred the form once i left because they where not going to help me. Most banks never give this much trouble over a dispute or fraud on an account, and i knew then, and there keep a vigil eye on the account and did not let any debt form any internet company process threw, but this bank would put holds on all e-commerce accounts and event checks, and after 5 years of abuse, and feeling that the bank has treated me so discourteously, I and receiving an $100 worth of overdrafts in the last two days, 7/7/21i I couldn't take it no more i called to dispute that a charge of $14.89 was the first charge the a fee to $25 OD fee them $0.89 cent charge was not paid but billed me $25 and $8.80 wasn't paid but he bank charged $25, and this was just a domino effect from the first overdraft that i could not make heads or tails form, the bank manger anita gave me her rehearsed line that i needed to keep an eye on my account using the automated app, I told her that its not my job to check the account daily to see or audit the amount but the computer that tracks over draft is more efficient and benefits the bank and not the customer, I ask for compassion and again i was given a rehearsed line that if not back error that the customer will have to pay, i swear i was so angry that a earth quake struck and i didn't even feel it on 7/8/21 at 3:30pm, but i just closed the account but all my e-commerce are effected, and the bank will not help me because they thieves and swindlers

I use to love this credit union. I've been with them 30yrs. But this mobile pay system they have is horrible!! They always send confirmation of my deposits and don't release them when they are supposed to. They say it's because their provider is 2 hours ahead of them. Well, then they shouldn't offer the deposit times if they can't fulfil them. If you say you can deposit before 10am and then before 4pm then I think a deposit that is made at 3:25 pm or 9am qualify! I end up having to wait until 5:30 Monday evening to get a deposit I made at 3:25pm on Friday.

Filled by application online. They did not verify authorization. I had to email and call for a response. The moron lady named DJ was ignorant and disrespectful telling me I am out of state. You as a company should have that notification. You run business like a Garbage facility and I will make sure too BBB your a$$e$. Learn how to run a business.

I can't remember how far back I go with UFCW. They have always been the nicest and helpful people I know. I want to acknowledge the one who helps me all the time, I know I must bug with lots of questions on the new system and who also reminds me of my payments. A big thank you to Debbie in the collection department.
