I dropped off my package for UPS and the cashier asked for a phone number so I gave the main number for work because this was shipping thru my work. She then said I would receive receipt thru that #. I said how?? She says text message. I told her that was a landlines #. CVS couldn't figure out how to print the receipt and told me to contact UPS. My question is why it wasn't my fault it was their's. They should have handled it and not put it off on me.

When I asked if this CVS was a UPS package drop off store I was greeted with bewilderment , incomprehension and finally a yes as she was searching for something. I asked the clerk if she was sure because my package was valuable. Her response was yes if you’ll wait 15 minutes for me to get the gun. With that I said thank you and left.

Bad service
