Very pleasant experience. I came in to do an Amazon return, Paola was very sweet & helpful in providing me with a quote prior to coming in. I was greeted upon entering the store -- Sam and Jessalyn both assisted with the return, making it a quick & easy transaction. I also APPRECIATED the help in getting the box from my vehicle as it was a pretty big box. ALL three were very genuine, professional and friendly -- thank you ladies!!!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Employees were very friendly, not to mention helpful. The associate that assisted me was named Mia, she was very attentive helpful and very respectful. I will definitely be going back, I highly recommend. 10 out of 10

Had to make an Amazon return at this location. Because my mailing label was digital they charged me three dollars to print it out. I highly recommend taking business elsewhere if you have to return from Amazon!

This was such a great experience for me! First time I've felt so inclined to express my gratitude. They were extremely helpful and the manager was so chill. She honestly felt like a genuine friend. They made my cross-country move extremely easy and hassle free. Love these guys. Super helpful on the phone as well as in person.
This is the business you want to support, I got to recieve service from each staff member, and they're all extremely polite and down to earth. Anyways, I hope they get to recieve more appreciation!

This store is my to go store, very close to my place and most of the staff are always friendly and professional. Until lately, there is one comparable older lady with black shoulder-length hair maybe? is so rude and unprofessional. Without greeting like “hi” or “bye”, she even touched my phone without asking me to get the QR code, after scanning, she just tossed me the receipt without looking at me or talking to me at all. I’m wondering is she the daughter of the store owner or something, unless I don’t get why these kind of people can be hired in this store based on their good reputation of customer service.
