Don't show up with out appoiment they said walk in are from 9:30 to 10:30 but is not. If all appoiments show up they don't have time to process your application. Dont Waist your time in this office

I use this post office to drop off prepaid labels. It is indeed open. Google wrongly had this location listed as permanently closed until I requested an edit.

Google minimum may be 1 star but I would give 0. Went to get new passport made for my daughter, I had an appointment at 10:30 but the women working the passport area was rude, dismissive and just plain incompetent. She doesn’t even know how to have a conversation. There are signs everywhere saying it’s appointment based only but somehow even with an appointment from USPS she says I’m not on the list, and will have to be walk-in. How does that make any sense? Husband asked her a question she didn’t like his “tone” so she wouldn’t speak to him. I’m shocked with so many negative reviews for just this one person and she still has a job. She had people waiting in her little “office” filling out paperwork and then just called in other people without even asking if they had an appointment and they walked in AFTER ME.

Had appointment confirmation booked @ usps.com
She kept repeating she has to go by her appointment sheet and ignored to look at the email confirmation and was super rude. All this after we waited there for 40 mins. June 28 at 10:30. She needs to be fired

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Michelle (woman managing passport) is EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. She is belittling, cold, and makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience just for being there. Her attitude is dismissive, condescending, and completely inappropriate—especially for someone assisting people with something as important and often stressful as passport documentation.
There is absolutely no compassion or patience for those who are filling out the paperwork for the first time and need guidance. Her tone is harsh, she cuts people off, and she shows no willingness to help. It’s not just the customers who notice—it’s very clear even the other staff are on edge around her. She speaks down to them, and it’s honestly uncomfortable to witness.
On the other hand, Daniel was very kind and professional, and the woman handling the passport photos—Amanda, I believe—was also very pleasant and helpful. It’s such a shame that Michelle creates such a toxic and stressful environment.
As long as she continues to work there, I strongly urge others to avoid this location. Getting a passport for the first time is already stressful—having someone like Michelle involved only makes it worse. I left the office feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely disheartened by the experience.

Worst experience ever. I would rather give 0 stars to this office. We went to renew our kids passports today. The lady working in the office was extremely rude, disrespectful and with worst costumer service. She don’t know how to behave with people. At first she said we have to wait and it’s not guarantee that we could be seen because of appointments. After an hour she said she is going on her break and can’t even do one application today. Then in 2-3 minutes came back and said she can do one application. How it’s possible to come back from her break in 2-3 minutes. She was totally lying, actually she was not wanted to work. These type of people ruin the whole system, she should get fired. I would recommend everyone not to go to this office, because it’s totally wastage of time, rather go to county clerk or Fresno state university office.

Let me start this review off stating that this review is not particularly relevant to this location, but rather to the USPS in general. I do computer repair and have parts delivered from the East Coast on a regular basis. I use Priority Express Overnight service which is guaranteed. I find it when I call the post office that I am talking to a closed ear. Perhaps I'll get lucky, and whoever is the one that reads these reviews will take some action. I have had several packages arrived two and three days late, and every time it seems to me that the weak link is Charleston, West Virginia. I will notice that it gets scanned in rapidly through the system until it gets to Charleston, and then it just sits there for days. Also, I think it's time to update your website because you're tracking is not in real time. I have looked for a package on a couple of occasions in which it states that it still in Charleston at 11:00 in the morning, and it continuously says that throughout the day, then all of a sudden I look at it after hours and it shows me that it's been sitting here in Fresno since 8:00 in the morning. Update your tracking, because it would be nice to know that our package does not being delivered correctly is actually here and I can go pick it up. The picture I have included with this review was taken at 3:32 p.m. on 10/17/2024. Edit: The second photo shows a screenshot of the current date and time with the tracking screenshot to validate my claim.
