Worst post office ever. Never follows instructions real lazy always always problems with them. The office manager Celina and Craig dont fix anything this is on going problem. Horrible! UPDATE! TALKED WITH CRAIG AND 1 WEEK AFTER. MY PACKAGE GOES MISSING. APPARENTLY USPS JUST HIRES ANYONE WITHOUT INTERVIEWING. UPDATE AGAIN. SO MANY FAILED DELIVERIES ITS SICKENING SOMETHING HAS GOT TO CHANGE.

Never coming here again. This place needs more employees. They are doing their best, but severely understaffed. Mornings can be a 30-45 min wait.

-0āļø they always tell people if they wanna speak to supervisor and guess what he or she is never in the office or steps out always people at front wonāt even try to resolve anything they only try to get your number to make you shut up and guess what they never never call ? back I been there twice this month for lost packages ? and tell me to contact seller , seller said if post office deliver to wrong address is not there fought because they put the right address
Im just saying if they keep making mistakes send them back to training or what ever the do to get hired Iām just mad I had lost package and is not fun to loos money ?

They need more employees. Takes way to long to buy stamps.was in line for 45 or more minutes.i went across the street to buy them instead. It was faster.this place sucks.

I have 9 packages missing and they marked them as delivered. I came to the post office with no luck and I recorded them just handling out mail without checking ID. This is very frustrating. What is going on. It wonāt let me post the video on here although I posted it on yelp. & In the picture on here it shows me receiving mail from the completely wrong address as well.

This is so devastating but my husband & i delivered a package here in the blue box outside. It never got scanned in after a whole week.. I finally went in to ask if they ever got it or what happened & the worker literally told me why would I do that because that box gets robbed like everyday whatever. He was so nonchalant about it. I asked him āwell have you guys had any incidentsā. He just cut me off whatever. If so then why in the world would they still keep that blue box out there. That just doesnāt make sense. Like avoid these type of things from happening. Weāre devastated because this package is worth so much money & what are the odds a worker stealing LOL just saying bc he was so nonchalant about it and he knew exactly where the package was going which is weird idk..

The hours of operation are not accurate no matter if you call the USPS or the actual location. This is a very poor customer experience and unacceptable, I see why people don't like the USPS very much anymore and it's becoming out of date for situations like this. I will attach an image of the actual hours of operation. Sad.

I got a notification saying my package was delivered. I was supposed to sign a receipt. I never received the package and never signed any receipt. If someone signed the receipt, that's forgery. I was standing at the mailbox when postman pulled up. I never got my package.

ZERO STARS. Iāve (like many others) had to PAY $50 for a mail key & wait 4 months to finally get the key after driving all the way there multiple times. Then once I finally got a key, someone broke into our mailboxes so I had to GET ANOTHER KEY which took another 2 months. Now my mailbox door is broken & I still have to drive all the way, wait in a huge line (no matter what time you arrive), deal with rude customer service just to PICK MAIL UP. They also PEEK IN YOUR ENVELOPES especially ones that look like birthday cards/have money in them. Somebody is definitely stealing on the job and they truly need to investigate this place! Iāve even had photos (many of them with children) stolen. Iām signed up for Informed Delivery (where. USPS sends a photo of your mail daily) and most of my mail never is there when I go to pick it up. INVESTIGATE THIS PLACE ASAP

USPS... WHERE NO ONE CARES ABOUT THEIR JOB OR CUSTOMERS. Not sure anyone here actually cares about the job. i'm sure that it's common practice now to just leave a notice instead of even attempt to see if anyone is home if a package requires a signature. it's happened to me every single time, and majority of the time i was home, i even checked my cameras and carrier never even attempts to come to door. entire usps system needs to be overhauled, everyone there from the top to bottom, clearly no one here cares about the customers or their jobs.

They never fix the situation when your mail is missing or try to figure out why there mail person is not doing there job right. How hard it is to place the mail to the correct address. I understand thereās a lot of mail but thatās why you get paid to place the mail in the proper pacel they have the address on them for a reason.

By far the worse post office. They keep giving me the run around. They are so slapped most days, they just want to get you out of their face and move on to the next person. Also, they are rude to the spanish speaking people/non english speaking people. They do NOT have any patience. Worse customer service! 00000 Stars, I just wanted to leave my review!!
