I called because I had a package being sent to one of my customers and we got a notification that said the address was insufficient. I double checked with the buyer and I had the address entered correctly, so i called your office to get assistance. The representatives were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. I was very thankful and appreciative of the whole experience. Thank you so much!

I went to inquiring for my baby indian passport delivery issue. Their employee in the front checked and casually told me " oh it looks like we delivered it across the street to wrong address. We will call you if we can get it from that house." That's it. It was my child's passport.. how could you deliver it to wrong address since the address was on the package was my house. They didn't buzz and I am scared of getting my child's passport in wrong hands. And her personal information on it.

Slowest Post Office ever. Literally took over an hour to pick up a package with 8 people in line ahead of me. One guy waited to talk to a supervisor for 20 minutes! Most time time only one person at the counter. When i finally got to the counter they couldn't find my package! Have never been to a post office that took so long. Feel bad for the many folks behind me.

It's a dirty place, although I admit to the company, but this place doesn't supervise the company because they make the person suffer so much late. There are 15 people in line. There is only one employee. This is nonsense and customer manipulation. We need the company to take a look. Except for this title. Because the company loses a lot of customers.

This place has no customer service, the black supervisor or manager was telling us to go to a different usps because the line was long. People that where their to pick up, was able to cut the line, when we have been waiting in line for 30 mins.

10/12/23- Unfortunately this is still the cased. There is only one guy working the counter (Phil). I feel sorry for this place and the only guy working the counter. Most people that are here came for the keys and lock change because the thieves have broken in the mail box. It’s obvious that they need more people working here. Not sure how much they pay. I already have a job but USPS hit me up if y’all need a guy at the counter.

Very poor customer service, waiting in long lines for next to none help. I had to call my carrier to tell them where to find my mail several times. They can't find my mail or packages when they are there. If I could give them zero stars I would. Our mailboxes keep getting vandalized and so we have to get punished too. Not fair!!!

Waited in line of 20+ people and took them 30 minutes to help two customers. Come on USPS hire more people before Amazon takes/buys you out.

Employee really need to learn how to Multitask... You can get through most of the line while waiting for a customer to fill out a money order or to tape their packages instead of doing nothing for the 10 minutes it takes them...

Obviously they need more staff. One person on the front is not enough. Soney Laney I think she’s the manager, she’s so professional and soft spoken. She explains everything nice & politely. She didn’t rush to check me out even it was past their closing time.

The lady working at the front clerk desk today at 3:40pm is rude and a liar. She lied about informed delivery being scan in Sacramento and not Fresno, which the Post Master told me later that it is being scan in Fresno. I requested to talk to the Post Master 4 times and she was making excuses to let me talk to her. Finally, Sonia Laney, the PM came out and talked to me regarding some issues with their carrier unlawful activity. The lady clerk working today 6/13/23 need to be fired or written up for lying to customers and bad attitude and unprofessional. This place is a joke with people like this working there.

Took 7-8 months to get our mailbox key. And they keep accidentally putting our mail on hold because we submitted a request a year and a half ago that's expired

I am writing this review to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the USPS service, particularly the mail carrier assigned to our area. We have encountered a recurring issue where packages are marked as delivered to our mailbox, but when we check, there is nothing there. This has happened not just once or twice, but a staggering six times! To make matters worse, our mail carrier seems to be going out of their way to deceive us. They even go as far as placing the key in our mailbox to create the illusion that our package is inside, only for us to find it empty every single time. It is evident that there is no logical explanation for this other than the fact that our mail carrier is point blank stealing our packages. This is an outright violation of our trust and a breach of their professional responsibility.Frustrated by this ongoing issue, we have reached out to the post office multiple times, seeking assistance in resolving the matter. On one occasion, we spoke with a manager named Selina, who assured us that she would handle the situation. However, despite her promises, the problem has persisted, and since then, an additional four packages have mysteriously gone missing on the days they were supposed to be delivered. What adds insult to injury is the abysmal customer service provided by the post office. Attempting to contact anyone there is an exercise in futility. It is nearly impossible to get through to a live person or receive a meaningful response. The lack of accountability and transparency in their operations is appalling.I am at my wit's end with these people. I have no choice but to conclude that USPS has become a breeding ground for unethical behavior, where mail carriers can freely steal packages without any repercussions. It is evident that they have no regard for the customers they are meant to serve, and they clearly don't care about the impact of their actions.I strongly advise anyone considering using USPS to think twice. Based on my experiences, it is evident that your mail carrier is likely to steal your packages, and you will be left to deal with the aftermath. USPS has failed to address this issue adequately, and their lack of professionalism and accountability is deeply concerning. It is truly disheartening to witness the decline of a once-reliable institution. I implore USPS to take immediate and decisive action to rectify this situation, hold the responsible mail carrier accountable, and restore the faith of customers who depend on their services.
