I had an excellent experience at this post office. I was here to send some papers and accidentally left my money draft behind. Thankfully, the staff were extremely kind and honest — they told me someone had turned it in, and they returned it to me. This was my first time filling out a money draft, and they even helped me complete the paperwork. Their professionalism, honesty, and helpfulness truly impressed me. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had to print the label they ask me 2 dll cash no card Unfortunately I didn't have cash on my next day I bring the label now the same blondy ask me for 2 dollars to tape my label in to my return package again cash this time I had cash but I refuse to be scam for this post office she said the she doesn't get pay to tape packages . So is very ridiculous the this postal office doesnt hava great service like shoul do

I’d give zero starts if I could. USPS website states all post offices are able to print money orders. Walked in asked for one and was told with attitude by the blonde lady behind the counter that I would need to go to a MAIN post office. So what’s the difference? And why are employees of a government agency treating members of the public with attitude when the website doesn’t specify. And no this isn’t a postal place, it’s a usps branch. Do better and treat people better. No need for but by attitudes.

Doesn’t take QR code nor accept card under $10. Staff is fine but their store policies make it very inconvenient to ship from here. Would recommend using another location.

Their customer service is great, but they don’t scan items in the way other post offices do. I was told because they’re not a true post office and are merely contracted with them, which means their rules are likely lax. However, that lax practice extremely stressful for the customer sending out a package that doesn’t track it because it isn’t scanned into the system and is just untraceable in limbo.

The worst customer service. Was charged double to correct a mistake THEY made on a package I needed mailed out. Blonde woman in window is extremely rude, condescending, and I fear low key racist. She is Extremely unpleasant to work with and will not acknowledge she makes errors (as she is the one who messed up my package). The few times I have had to go there she has been very short, rude and cold toward me while always assisting others (who don’t look like me) kindly. This is a serious issue that should be addressed in my opinion.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a post office by the lady at the window on Wednesday morning. When I asked her a question about making a change of address, her response to me was that this was a private post office for people who live in this neighborhood only, without knowing if I even live there opt not. Not very helpful and somewhat condescending.

This is the most cutest little Post Office I ever seen! It brings a warm welcoming vibe that makes you feel part of the community. I would wait in line no matter how long it takes because it's just that aesthetically pleasing. I love my new little Post Office! ?

All ypu really need to know is this is one of the best USPS locations in the Fresno/Clovis area. I'm hesitant to write this review because it is never really that busy, so I don't want to blow up the spot and get the word out too much lol. Let's keep it on the DL . But the customer service is top notch and the speed of service is hard to beat.
