Unfortunately, the employees are so unpleasant and insolent :( Sonya in particular. Awful. Never do business with companies that require dealing with usps. Rather not have my parcel posted than dealing with them.

The people inside are nice and helpful, hence the extra star. But the delivery people from this branch are incompetent and continuously "attempt to deliver" to a business address, either at like 8am before the business is open - at which point they decide to hold the package hostage while they continue their route so it can't be picked up before post office closes - or just say that delivery was attempted (during business hours) when the cameras in front of the shop say otherwise.

Our mail been on hold because they changed out our mailbox but when we go to the postal office to pick up our mail daily our mail is not there or with the carrier!!

The people who work on this post office are so rude without any reason. I arrived 10 mins before they close the store and she asked me to come earlier next time, I’m inside the office before they lock the door, not sure why she was complaining. I feel because I reply to her “I’m here now” she got mad and put the wrong address in one of my boxes, costing me extra to stop the delivery and to resend a new product to my client. How can you confuse 07110 NJ with 02110 NC, I reviewed the package once I got it back and the numbers are clear as day. This might seem like I’m far fetching, but it is not the first time, I got lost packages, super rude attitude, I mark the boxes “fragile” and they immediately grab them and toss them into the bin in the back, I ask for email and print ticket and they skip it most of the time. If the address is not clear, or if they can no longer see clear they should confirm with you, they always skip this as they are seem to be in a hurry. Everyone else is correct in pointing their lack of customer service, they are just waiting to lock the door and go home. This is by far, the Worst USPS office I’ve been too, unfortunately is the only one open on Saturdays that is close by. Really, the manager should look into all these reviews as the 3 clerks (ladies) seem to hate their job.

Right before Xmas, hit it just right20 mins. Before typical lunch crowd. Lucky 10 mi s later swamped. got all I needed done just the cashier alittle crotchetty. Not very friendly. Oh well that day i had just one thing on my mind. Mail getting gifts to family on time?.

I requested separate receipts for two packages I am dropping off. The worker said "oh... we are kind of low on receipts, I am going to put two in one". Just like a pathological lier telling a lie without even blinking eyes... I was shocked and did not really know what to say. The attitude and mentality is just disturbing. The worker should not hold this government job. The worker should go somewhere else. - this review is not for future customers, is for the manager.

The line was short on arrival but a Loooonnng line was created when I left.There were TWO counters in operation. That may explain the long line.The next day priority delivery was nearly $45. Whereas the same package would cost nearly $13 for two day delivery. Yes it’s lower cost BUT the employee said the two day may NOT be guaranteed to deliver in two days.

This same middle-aged female that always gives me the worst customer service that I have ever received in my life. Just lock the door to the post office a full 2 minutes before 5:00 p.m. That's how trash this post office is

Horrible rude service. Had to argue with lady at counter to give me couple of priority Mail stickers to add additional support for closing envelope. She said “u have to purchase packaging tape if u want to use it for that purpose.” Finally got a couple. She then said “I let u do that this time.” Very helpful! If u hate ur job that much please quit! We don’t need to absorb ur fed up with life attitude. Supervisor please fire these power trip hungry self entitled employees there paid to serve customers.

Extremely rude and unhelpful people. My packages have been lost more than once and they had the audacity to tell me to go around and ask my neighbors if it got delivered to them by mistake. That's literally their job! Make it make sense because their whole system doesn't. They rush to lock the doors at 5 instead of helping people. I had a return that only gave me a QR code. I can't get there by 5 so I asked the worker (skinny unfriendly white lady with short hair) what can I do to get a label to be able to drop it in the after hours box and she said "get here before 5" SO RUDE! So I googled and there is a site you can put any QR mailing codes in and get a label printed off from. She could have told me that but I'm guessing Google knows her job better than she does. Such a shame. They want raises but don't want to do the work.
