So tired of liquor stores, which are the only places open late at night due CONVENIENCE refusing to allow paying customers to use the bathroom. I went here recently to take a much needed pee break to relieve myself from driving all night for Lyft, and they refused to let me use the bathroom. I had no choice but to pee in a cup, and out of anger, I emptied it into their parking lot. Not only that, but I suffer from interstitial cystitis, which causes my bladder to be over sensitive to needing to pee, AND I also have diabetes, which has symptoms of needing to pee if I have even slightly higher than normal glucose in my blood. So you can only imagine how my bladder must have felt. I was about to explode right then and there.Should have let me use the bathroom.

I only got a gallon because once I started pumping I realized they not only charge more to use your debit card but they also add the fee to use your debit card. Double dipping. Not coming back.

i used to go hindu gas stations here in fresno. they are all rude and most of thwm are assholes unfortunatly we have alot of those prople taking over fresno. . they are money hungry prople they v got no respect for customers . every time i walk ed on arco gas stions too , valemtine and ashlan i t is same story. " restrooms are being worked on " that s what they always say. hindus work hard for their money but they need to show respect for people regardlwss of ethnicity. legally hindu own gas station also have the responsibiltiy to have and offer clean restroom , and those should be available as long as their store or gas staion s operating. if they dont like those rules that we have in the usa then f*** it , let them go back to their land. what i v beind doing s this to avoid those people, i v being going to chevron or 76 gas stations , gas per gallon s pricier but no rude hindu cashirs for.most part and the lines are shorter. people to counter attact hindu oened gas station with their ill sickening behavior , let s go to fancier gas stations here in fresno, ca let s hurt their pockets, once we hurt them where it hursts then, they ll start acting nicer more cordially towards us. i invite you to use supreme gas stations instead of arco ,valeros and cheap gas station, lets hurt them financially , and see how fast they ll become better human beings.

I went into this Valero to ask to use the restroom. I was more than willing to make a purchase as well. I was told no restroom for customers. I am a school bus driver. It's not like we can just park our bus anywhere to use a restroom. We have to complete our bus run, ensure no kids are on board, set the child check safety then exit. In the mean time i need to use the restroom. I asked the guy; so what if a police officer came in and needed the restroom; he said no restroom for customers. Another gentleman told him he should let me use the restroom. He again said; I'm the owner no restroom for customer. So I left, had to get on bus and drive down olive to the Sinclair; he allows us to use his restroom with or without purchase. I BARELY made it. I have a Valero gas card and spend a pretty penny at this place in fuel. Not anymore.

Employees here get a little irritated if you ask them too many questions or if it takes you too long while I'm the store to decide what you want

Not a welcoming type of store. You'd expect a much better service at Valero then some of the gas stations on that street. Gas isn't cheap so don't expect a grand deal. Expect to pay high prices and extra fees. They sell hot food but doesn't seem appetizing. It's a walk in , and get out type of store.
