The best business in town! I've been going here since the age of seven! They have the best shoes, the best socks, the best skateboards, the best everything! Their service is superb and it's the one place I'll always shop at! They answer all your questions and help you with everything! This is my go to shop! It should be yours too! Everyone is really nice here! It has a family vibe and a go getter vibe--like go and get yours son!

Vans has been a favorite of mine for as long as I can remember, especially their collaborations. When it comes to affordable skate and casual shoes, their quality is consistently impressive. While some of their everyday prices can be a bit steep, particularly for specialty items, there's usually a silver lining with great deals available.

I checked on their website before arriving that this store had the shoes in the size I wanted, it said it was in stock. In-store the staff member who served me couldn't work out what a women's size 8 was in men's sizing and after I tried them on and realised they were the wrong size she claimed they didn't stock it in a smaller size contrary to what their website claims.. Also stores with poor service and then there's over the top. I wanted to buy shoesthey do not have that size. Just say hello and I'll come to you when I need help. I couldn't even look at the great selection of shoes without someone getting in my face.

I was window browsing and somehow got my to spend something here at this location. Didn't find to my attention of buying new jeans, clothes, however shoes was after all my target. There were 3 sales associates in the store and all of them approached me. They were all very helpful and chill. I have to give props to Mia M., she gave me recommendation of what shoes I should purchase, because I had ask her what kind of vans would be an everyday wear and tear type, and something for gym rat would wear as well. She recommended 2 different types, and she gave her personal opinion. So I insisted, I tell you not I took my time to decide and came up with a decision. Also, Michael V., came also help out if I was finding everything okay. And he also gave me some recommendations. Finally, I purchased 2 shoes, I was aiming for one but hey the store also had a discount going on, so why not 2, right? Overall, these two sale associates may my overall customer experience amazing! Give these two credit, I enjoyed there customer service! Especially Mia M, she knows her shoe game pretty well, love her energy. I would definitely come back to this store to buy more shoes just because of the customer hospitality

Bought shoes here for my kids and one of the managers was very helpful in with us in finding the right pair. She even helped us order some that weren't in stock. All in all, very impressed.

I walked in and I was greeted by Mo. She was awesome! I'm older and I'm sure I look out of place, but she saw me as a potential customer.I was shopping for my niece and Mo answered all my questions. Her and the crew on duty were awesome! I will shop Vans next time I need a gift.I went back to ask for Mo's name to give this review. That's when Princess offered to help me. I walked other stores and they had no customer service. I recommend Vans for their customer service! Ya Sabes 8/1/22

I ordered a pair of shoes for my sister online and my package wasnt delivered to my address but it was marked as delivered. Id just like to get the shoes or refund. I emailed vans.com and nothing I called fedex and they said they'd start an investigation.... 70.00 but no shoes. They were sent to santa Fe, ca. Which is 5hr from fresno. Is there any one that can help me
