There has only been one time i have had an issue with something i bought (manufacturer error) and he immediately offered me a replacement for free to cover the cost. He said someone else didn't like it and it leaked but it must have been operator error because it worked just fine for me. He is always respectful, smiling, and kind. I consider him a friend at this point and am forever loyal to his shop.”
