This is by far my worst experience.. After 17 yrs w Verizon this store charges 30 dollars to transfer data from one phone to another. Paid the first time then phone was over heating so I got sent another phone and they want to charge another 30 dollars to transfer data over to it all while 4 people who work here are sitting there doing nothing and waiting to help customers...This store is sorry as hell. I wish there was negative stars for this store

NOT much to really Say one way or the other. the staff has all been nice and pretty helpful and the wait time has always been either no wait to the longest being 5 minutes '

I was here waiting on one of my elderly neighbors to fix his phone the really big female that works inside was describing the phones to a Hispanic male who did not speak English and she made sure she said negro extra loud basically the staff here is racist I would never go here myself and I am a Verizon customer

Bad service. It's 730pm and it's states they close at 800pm. The doors were closed. Such bad customer service. At this location very disappointed

As of now I am very upset with this location. With cell phone companies there are certain aspects of business that carry a lot of weight. Coverage, quality products and honesty about what you're buying, the cost and so on. 5 months ago I came into this store to get my wife a phone. The salesman was motivated to sell and help me get the best deal. He was going to follow through with my account to make changes at a later date because the changes could not be made the same day. Today I get new information about their system and or what he did not do. Instead of getting a new phone now I am waiting on a different employee to fix the issue. Buying a cell phone should not be so difficult and stressful. I will update this review on Wednesday after the store either fixes the issue or does not. As of now I am not happy though.

Leo sucks.He obviously doesn’t know what he’s doing . Went into change my pin because the third party that isn’t associated with Verizon per Leo told me to go into a Verizon store . Once I got there he was unable to help me because my DL was expired (mind you it expired just a little over a month ago awaiting for a new DL in the mail ) anyways I charged my phone and was able to gain access to my Verizon account with btw you can easily change your pin on the app. Obviously his training needs to be updated so he can best fit the needs of loyal customers like my self . Just fyi Leo if you’re reading this . YOU SUCK

I went here on 2/27/24 because I was having issues with my iPhone. The woman who first said hello was fine as she directed me to a young man who could assist me. She directed him to check some basic things and I got the feeling he was still in training. Anyway he discovered that the VPN had been pressed, probably by accident, but it wreaked havoc with my phone. He scared me by saying I had to go to the Apple Store and they would have to wipe my phone and if I didn't have everything backed up in the cloud I would lose all my data. I went to the store and made an appointment. Had to come back in two hours. I went back and a very nice guy assisted me. He went in and deleted an app that had caused the problem and everything was fine. Now keep in mind that I am a ride share driver and the whole day/night I was unable to work. If the guy at Verizon had thought to ask a manager about my issue I wouldn't have had to blow off work for 4 more hours. It was a very simple fix and he should have known or found out to fix it.

I was going to activate a S7 Galaxy and the salesman kept me from wasting money on it. If it isn't 5 ghz it doesn't work on the system. I APPRECIATED his frankness.

I would not recommend this location! I switched two lines from AT&T and opened 3 new lines. We worked with Tony. He screwed up my two switched plans and I can’t even get the rebates on them. I’ve had to go back Twice to get this fixed and even spoke to a manager who claims that they’ll get it taken care of. My rebates still got denied!! The service is rushed and horrible! The minute I can, I’m going to cancel my lines and will never go back.
